Excerpt: Kinda of knew what to expect coming into this. Borrowed a copy from my Army buddy across the street last night. I am going to rack this up to a "guilty pleasure" type of movie, something to watch when I am not a in serious mood. It was not that bad, not obviously not that good either lol.
Excerpt: I thought this would be cheesy, but dang...This was cheese at it's finest..The sharks were totally unrealistic..Looked like plastic..And the rednecks?? It was kinda like a cross between Jaws, Piranha and Deliverance all rolled in to one...All you needed was the banjo music..
Excerpt: The story was joyless and rather bland. Where's the blood and nudity? PG-13 rating ruined it for me! The picture quality looks fair in the daytime scenes.... the audio is good too. Meh, only watch if your a die hard shark fan. I say tune in for shark week and skip this one.
Excerpt: JAWS LOOKS MORE REAL LOOKING THEN THE CGI SHARKS IN THIS MOVIE. THE STORY IS TERRIBLE. WRITING A SHARK MOVIE GOT TO BE ONE OF THE EASIEST MOVIES TO WRITE, YOU JUST HAVE A BUNCH OF YOUNG PEOPLE GETTING KILLED BY SHARKS AND ONE BAD ASS PERSON STOPING THEM.
Excerpt: I went into this movie thinking it would suck and I'd never watch this movie again, but I really liked this movie! Yes, it has bad acting and cliched characters, and hardly any gore, but I caught myself laughing a lot through this! I would recommend this as a popcorn flick! Always a fun time!
Summary: I bought Shark Night 3D as a cheap 3D film without any real expectations, more to just use my new 3D telly. I thought the film was really good, with the usual kind of plot for this type of film, but easy viewing and worth the money.
Conclusion: ok im a big fan of 3D and i try see/buy everything i can in this format, whilst some films can have amazing 3D and story this aint one of them, granted it does have its quick shocks but the story seemed a little too silly for me and there just was not enough gore in it .
