Summary: A rousing fantasy adventure. The action and humor are well balanced. I like how the story incorporates various fairy tale characters. The animation is also very striking and detailed. Entertaining for all ages.
Excerpt: i kind of expected to like this movie because i always like the shrek movies, but i was kind of dissapointed, the story was a ok at best, its not bad , but i just couldnt enjoy it much, on the other hand the PQ was amazing, really sharp, great colors, amazing detail, you can see boots every single hair, the texture in the clothing, the roads looked great, good black levels, basically demo worthy, i highly recommend this movie, your kids will enjoy it and you will too

Excerpt: Chris Miller’s Puss in Boots is a wholesome pack for funny moments to cherish reminding the old rhyme character humpty dumpty and also bringing back the best character missed from Shrek. Always when Dream works bring a movie on to the big screen it is the time to celebrate. Puss in boots delivers the goods.
Summary: I've enjoyed all of the Shrek films (yes, even 4) because of their inventive and tongue-in-cheek take on popular fairytale and legendary characters. This spinoff film is no different and the best parts are humor that contains a more "wink, wink" adult element that may go over the heads of children.
Conclusion: its good, its far better than the last two shrek films put together, it just didn't excite me as much as I would have liked it to have, the blu ray picture quality is superb, I reccomend it worth a purchase on that alone, still very enjoyable and made use of puss very well, not many spin off films work out, actually most of them are pretty laim, but this is a good enjoyable hour and half spent, just go in with low expectations and you will probably really enjoy it ,...
Summary: Puss in Boots Of course its marketed towards the children, so imagine 'Zoro', in cat form, with a checkered past... ha ha. No really, its good but of course its all about Antonio Banderas, even his ascent as Puss is awesome. Salma Hayek's kitten charater is pretty cool, you'l understand when you watch it. Good little innuendoes throughout and enjoyed the pace, shame the story seemed a out of place with all the old bedtime stories.
