I enjoyed this a lot

Bluyoda, blu-ray.com

  • Excerpt: It was a blind-buy, and it took me by surprise. It's a really fun, sometimes sad, but definitely sweet film. I am normally not a fan of Paul Rudd, but he was that character, and he is really endearing in it. The cast is terrific. If you like sweet Indie comedies, with a bit of drama, then give this a chance. It is a bit of a stoner comedy. I am completely against drug useage, but this is still a really sweet movie. PQ: There is nothing distracting to report.

Our Idiot Brother

  • Excerpt: Een erg leuke/sympathieke film, kijkt goed weg.

Rudd is awesome in Our Idiot Brother

  • Excerpt: Now, I have a feeling that a lot of people are expecting a laugh our loud comedy, when this is more in the vein of Little Miss Sunshine and other indies. All the actors perform well, and it never gets dull. I appreciated the seriousness of the subject matter, and the direction is quite memorable. The specs on the bluray are very above average video, alright audio, and a slim supplemental package. A nice bluray for my collection.

A Dumb and Dumber Take on Family Problems

paper tiger, blu-ray.com
2 December 2011
  • Excerpt: When I first saw the trailer for Our Idiot Brother Advertised, I was semi interested due to the cast. Honestly, the cast is great. Everyone has a very solid character and performance. I could not really relate too much to any of the characters because the stupidity was so over the top. There were no surprises and many situations were very cliché. However when it comes to story, Our Idiot Brother is very lacking and just plain dumb.

Freaking hilarious :-)))).....)))

  • Summary: Paul Rudd is at his comic best. Ned's a likeable guy who just loves life and humanity. His honesty and naivety takes the family on a journey through it's darkest secrets. And through the journey all get a better understanding of themselves. The humour at times can be subtle and deadpan so the movie won't score well typically on American ratings sites. This is an immensely funny movie and worth seeing with friends, family and whoever else you can find for a great night.
