Excerpt: This movie was for me one big magic trick. Like many, I thought the beginning of this film was great. The presentation of the "Four Horsemen" was well done. Especially Woody was brilliant as the mentalist. His humor is natural and doesn't feel like forced or exaggerated. I find him irresistible in this role as a shrewd and highly intellectual lettered psychic illusionist.
Excerpt: A group of small time conjurers and hypnotists are recruited by a mystery figure to stage a series of high profile Robin Hood style robberies. Now You See Me is a flashy, mainstream crowd pleasing thriller that will appeal very much to fans of the Ocean's films. The cast play off each other well, Woody Harrelson's smart mouthed mentalist being the pick of the bunch and the magic-based format provides plenty of opportunities for flashy set pieces and even an exciting...
Summary: Owen McKenna, Rio Rancho NM. Good entertaining film. The illusions performed in this movie were impressive, some good old magical tricks were used. The 4 Horsemen as they were called, each played their perspective roles well.
Excerpt: I really didn't like this movie and I seem to be in the minority here. I just thought it was "too much" and I just couldn't suspend my mind and get into it. I thought the acting was pretty bad at times and just really cheesy. Woody Harrelson was great as usual though, wish there was more of him. The movie felt forced, like it was trying too hard which is a shame because it's a terrific cast.

Excerpt: Synopsis: During a live performance at a Las Vegas theater, a team of four magicians pulls off the heist of a Parisien bank. The Federal agents assigned to the case quickly prove to be no match for the magicians who - to the authorities' embarrassment - continue with their very public and increasingly popular crime spree.
Excerpt: J. Daniel “Danny” Atlas, Henley Reeves, Jack, and Merritt McKinney were invited by Arthur “Art” Tressler to perform as the Four Horsemen. FBI agent Dylan Rhodes and Alma Dray from Interpol are tasked to investigate the mysterious heist of robbing a bank by the Four Horsemen. The pair approaches an ex magician names Thaddeus Bradley. Screenplay was top notch with lines: “I hate people who exploit other people.” My life is happier when I believe that.
Excerpt: I'm sure that if you look closely (as the film suggests in the opening) you will be able to pick apart the flaws in this fun caper - but I don't like to over-analyze things. Now You See Me just provides a great time - and features a killer cast - in one of the more enjoyable films I have seen in 2013.
