Conclusion: Even more than in Witchboard , Kevin Tenney and writer Joe Augustyn take their good, sweet time in finally getting to the "good stuff" (at least for horror fans). That means that those wanting a slash and dash outing from the first frame of any given film are bound to be tested by Night of the Demons . This is a film that takes a certain amount of patience, at least for those who are there only for the mayhem.
Conclusion: Night of the Demons does provide some scares, no doubt about it. But they're all housed in a framework you've seen a thousand times before. If you're staying home on Hallowe'en, this might make an OK rental, especially if you're a 17 year old boy. Did you find this review helpful?
