Summary: I was expecting this film to have a creationist slant, but it does not. It is a bit like David Attenborough for children. It has first class nature photography, but it is aimed at children with a dumbed-down narration by Oprah Winfrey and somewhat Disneyfied music.
Summary: After the tremendous success of the extraordinary and revolutionary nature documentary series Planet Earth, a similar programme was bound to follow, and indeed it did. Summary: This has to be one of the best documentaries I have ever seen. The cinematography is amazing, the narrator has everything down perfectly, and the wildlife they show throughout the series is very interesting and colorful.
Summary: Probably the best BR I've ever bought! This is the most exciting and interesting documentary I've ever seen. Sir Attenborrough is a great master in watching all creatures's life. Recomended to everyone!
Conclusion: The BBC continue to amaze us with their wildlife series of productions and this latest, using some of newest techniques show the survival of many species in awesome detail. Some of the closeups in particular are truly breathtaking.
Conclusion: The picture quality is nothing short of "amazing" and the DTS sound on this Blu-Ray edition adds to the total enjoyment of the program. It must surely rank as one of the top five "all time buys" if you like your wildlife documentaries! even better in full 1080p HD.
