Summary: The knight we fight and the day we rest. The story is about a woman becomes entangled with a secret agent and it forced to go on a globe-spanning adventure in which trust and survival may not be mutually exclusive. Okay this is going to be a short review of this movie so let's go.I did not see this movie in 2010 just because I didn't care a bout the movie.
Excerpt: If you want to know what might happen if Tom Cruise starred in an animated movie- but without the animation- Knight and Day should be quite a treat. Knight and Day, like many animated films, dispenses with reality and provides silly circumstances and wacky characters. And yet, at the same time, Knight and Day is a surprisingly solid action movie. There are fun chase scenes, and legitimately cool fight sequences- all while retaining the film's zany, crazy tone.
Summary: Pretty short and has almost no story or anything, but still worth watching. It's so shallow and almost completely opposite of sophisticated and clever, which is good for some because it's simple to follow and easy to watch for everyone. But it's so un-serious that it has so very little content. Still, some good scenes throughout.
Excerpt: A small town girl June Havens (Cameron Diaz) is on her way to her sister's wedding when she literally bumps into the dashing Roy Miller (Tom Cruise). June ends up on the same plane with the suave charming stranger, where she quickly falls heartwarming demeanor and boyish charisma. That is until Roy kills everyone on board, crashes the plane and then drugs June.
Excerpt: If one imagined, mission impossible mixed with humor, then the result is knight and day. Tom Cruise is a special agent who confronts Diaz in an airport, and says to her, better be off the plane in a difficult way to understand. She later realizes what he meant? Now cruise fights some people and says to Diaz, pilots are dead by mistake. This film is intended for fun, and it works. Direction from James Mangold, is seriously funny.
Excerpt: An ordinary suburban woman unwittingly becomes the sidekick to a heavily armed covert operative on the run from his own agency and an international arms dealer when she bumps into him at an airport terminal. Knight & Day is EXACTLY what you'd expect from a film starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz.
Excerpt: Cruise and Diaz have excellent chemistry and a very good screenplay to show off their talents. Tom is in his element, and both seem to be having a lot of fun, as did I watching it. This movie has it all -- action, comedy, romance, and excellent PQ and AQ. I lowered the Extras score because it would have been nice to have an audio commentary with Cruise and/or Diaz.
Summary: This was a very enjoyable movie. its one of those types you think you might hate. but it was great. funny with good acting and chemistry between cruise and diaz. lots of action and comedy to keep you entertained. plus it had a nice ending. id defentially reccomend this movie.
Summary: Kinght and Day is just you average action movie mixed with some stupid comedy. Again we have two big actors that gives us nothing new. My as well have put nobodys and save some money. Average to say the least.
Excerpt: OK, its summertime and you’re looking to duck out of the heat and take in some good entertainment, right? Oh look, there’s a new Tom Cruise movie out! Hey, it’s also got Cameron Diaz in it too. The previews looked like this could be a good fun movie with some action and maybe a bit of romance. This could even pass for a date night movie, right? Well, I’d have to say right on all points.
