Get Him To The Greek

stackerboy99, blu-ray.com
17 January 2014
  • Excerpt: This movie is very funny, and for only $7.88 at Walmart, it's worth it. PQ is very good, with great detail. Audio is fantastic and the music sounds awesome. My sister owns the DVD and I believe the Blu-ray has more extras than it.

Great

M Eridion, IMDb
26 August 2011
  • Summary: Unexpectedly funny, with many celebrity cameos, very grotesque on-drugs characters... Develops the same charm as "Fear and loathing in Las Vegas" while maintaining a certain message and character development. The movie picks up issues most people (obviously - judging by other review s here on IMDb - not all) have thought or dreamed about. How would it be to go anywhere anytime you want, have any woman you want, use drugs whenever you want.

"Y'all need to take a hit of this jeffery. It'll calm you down!"

  • Excerpt: I thought Forgetting Sarah Marshall was funny, but this movie was hilarious! Great performances from Jonah Hill and Russell Brand, but it was P.Diddy who stole the show. Every line he is given is so freakin funny that I could not stop laughing. Go see this movie! For a comedy, this looks really great. PQ shows detail on clothing, faces, and anything else. AQ was great also. The scenes that are loud and dynamic are the concert scenes.

20 November 2010
  • Excerpt: Jonah Hill, Russel Brand, Sean Combs and LARS ULRICH make this movie one of the best of the year. Russel Brand is the star of the movie and makes the whole journey worthwhile. You have to love the start of the movie when his character first releases a new music video titled "African Child" (hilarious)

Fantastic Spin-Off

imbrokened, IMDb
5 June 2010
  • Summary: Opening up with the shooting of Aldos Snow's latest music video and then showing his downward spiral that leads to present day was the hilarious, perfect beginning for this innovative comedic spin-off. If you saw 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' then this is exactly what you would expect a movie about Aldos Snow to be like. This movie has a heart that I did not expect to see, it's buried under lewd, vulgar and brilliant wit, but it's in there.

"..GENIUS COMEDY GEM.."

sdx800, play.com
8 March 2011
  • Conclusion: This is without doubt one of the best comedy films of the last year!! Brilliant blend of humour throughout the entire film and a class cast of stars! Russell brand is brilliant and very funny as Aldous Snow, the same character from forgetting Sarah marshall, this whole film is a spin off with a few references too like a small cameo from Kristen bell in a commercial. Jonah hill is too very funny! This has everything a comedy needs and more.
