Ultimate Hogh School Movie!

JDub1, blu-ray.com
27 February 2015
  • Excerpt: This flick features and outstanding cast! Doesn't matter what the year this movie takes place in (1970's) this makes you feel like you are in HS again no matter what the year. The PQ is very good, colors really pop and the AQ is great, especially with the great soundtrack that it features with 70's...

Criterion gives us a True SE

luckySevens, blu-ray.com
22 January 2014
  • Excerpt: I remember seeing Dazed in the theater. Actually in an old-school movie house with thick red carpet and cheesy lamps. Laughed and had so much fun we brought another friend to see it the next weekend.

  • Excerpt: Bravo to Criterion...I have the older bluray version and the Criterion version blows it out of the water. The clarity is amazing. This is the best its going to look. Just go and buy it. The packaging is awesome and unique.

One of my all time favorite films.

the revelator, blu-ray.com
14 July 2012
  • Excerpt: Hands down, I have seen this film more than any other ever made. I've watched it nearly once a week since I first saw it over 5 years ago. Its certainly not for everybody, with its spacey and unfocused story and large collections of characters.

The Best Movie About High School That I've Seen...a Classic

lanceandnade, blu-ray.com
31 May 2012
  • Excerpt: DAZED AND CONFUSED is a perfect movie, a hilarious slice of life about a group of Austin, TX kids' last day of school, either junior high or high school. Everybody who's ever gone to school of any kind will recognize themselves in one or more of the characters Linklater creates, and the situations...

Dazed and Confused

nolfoc, blu-ray.com
2 November 2011
  • Excerpt: A Richard Linklater classic finally hits blu, and finally gets a Criterion release. Anyone who went to high school in the 70s I envy very much, especially after seeing Dazed and Confused. When a movie opens up with Aerosmith's "Sweet Emotion" you know you're in for a treat!

Great over all movie about being a teen in the '70s

PooreBoy, blu-ray.com
14 August 2011
  • Excerpt: If you're like me, and was a teenager in the mid '70's, then you can probably relate to most of the scenes in this movie. Especially if you grew up in a small town that really loved it's high school football. The sound track really makes this film special. Each scene is driven by a rock classic.

Dazed and Confused about the transfer

Blu Balls, blu-ray.com
12 August 2011
  • Excerpt: One of my favorite movies of my teenage years and all time finally makes its way to Blu ray! Unfortunately I was somewhat dissapointed with the picture and sound quality. I compared the Blu ray to the HD broadcast (HDNET Movies) last night and I found that the Blu ray had a slightly sharper image...

Dazed and Confused (1993)

Valore, blu-ray.com
10 August 2011
  • Excerpt: Without further adieu, Richard Linklater's 1993 hit Dazed and Confused makes its way onto the blu-ray forefront. Armed with a cast of, at the time, predominately unknown actors (McConaughey, Affleck, London, Jovovich), the film provides its viewers with what is considered a diary entry into the...
