Conclusion: 'Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore' wore out its welcome in my home on its first viewing. The second go round, this time in 2D? Equally annoying. I apologize to all the parents who not only had to pay for this film, but also have to hear it every few days for a month before accidentally...
Conclusion: What's a parent to do? Give in and add The Revenge of Kitty Galore to the mounting pile of subpar kiddie releases cluttering their shelves? Or simply stick with a rental and save their Amazon dollars for far better family films like Toy Story 3 and How to Train Your Dragon ?
Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore Blu-ray Review
2 December 2010
Excerpt: The Film It looks like Chris O'Donnell has finally found a film to wipe away the painful memories of Batman & Robin . Sadly, there's no codpiece or nipple suits in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore . However, it probably could have helped.
Excerpt: Truly great family films happen when audiences of all ages can enjoy what’s up on screen, from toddlers to octogenarians. These kinds of movies have deep stories with real messages, engaging characters and, typically, genuine humor.
Excerpt: This is a movie that just doesn't succeed... On the one hand it is aimed at children, full of cute cats and dogs who talk. On the other hand, many of the references, as well as the stylised appearance, are targeted at an adult audience.
