Summary: I feel as though I am missing something with this film. It's loved by so many foreign horror fanatics, or even by people who don't normally watch foreign horror, yet I wasn't all that impressed by it. It felt slow-moving, and I always felt that movies when the main character is actually the one with problems is a cliche...however, the cinematography and the atmosphere in this was beautiful.
Summary: This is my favourite film, because every time I watch it i notice something new. It's unpredictable, with a great storyline that'll confuse, shock and scare you. The effects and characters are brilliant. An excellent film overall.
Summary: Action: 2/3 + Comedy: 1/2 + Good vs Evil: 1/1 + Love/Sex: 1/1 + Special Effects: 0/1 + Plot: 1/1 +Music: 1/1 = 7/10 or 70%. A psychological thriller that never lets up in regards to the astonishing trauma past, regretful events manifest. In light of the recent onslaught of gore-centric horror entries, Two Sisters stands out as a welcome, well developed drama that builds tension on a masterful level.
Summary: This is film that throws in so many twists, you won't know what to expect next. It can be confusing at times, but overall, this gem from South Korea is an excellent horror/mystery that leaves you on the edge of your seat.
