Summary: I bought this for my dad's birthday and received it 2 days before his birthday and I didn't think I would get it in time, but I did! Awesome on the shipping and receiving. We actually watched 3D movies on it this weekend and it was great! Vizio is an awesome brand and this particular model was a great deal! The only complaint I have is that the box it came in was damaged but that was caused during transport and by no means fault of the company I purchased from.
Summary: The player is defective. It will not play or do anything else. I mailed it back to the vender with proper lable and information I printed out. The seller opened it and read i requested a refund. Ishope taped the box back up and mailed the defective player back to me. More than unprofessional! Dishonest and robbery! I would like a complete refund!
Summary: This sure wasn't what i hoped for,it is clear,but responds slow,and hard to use.Push all the buttons,and some work slow or not at all. Wanted it for my new 3-d TV,and i have bought 3 to test out,one was not 3-d. Doesn't stop and can't fast forward. People should test out in the stores,before buying.
Summary: does everything I wanted works great exactly what I expected only issue is the back to the remote is missing "UPDATE after contacting the seller" God Awfull customer service blames customers for the product missing parts and does not want to give us a new one without sending the entire unit back to them.
Summary: First off, they indicate that this is a "NEW" unit being sold from these guys. WRONG! It is a refurbished item. Charged me $98+ for it. I was fine with the price when I thought I was getting a NEW player. Upon opening the obvious non-manufacture box that something was wrong, but I thought maybe its a direct from manufacture packaging.
