Summary: Let me be clear, when I bought this new it would have been 4-5 starts, it worked well and did what I expected. Now in January 2016, I have started to run into title this unit will NOT play. The unit requires a firmware update which Vizio won't provide since they don't support the unit anymore.
Summary: After two-three years this is now a paperweight as it will no longer play DVD and Blu-Rays because they are not producing updates. Wouldn't advice buying Vizio products if this is how they do business.
Summary: The player is defective. It will not play or do anything else. I mailed it back to the vender with proper lable and information I printed out. The seller opened it and read i requested a refund. Ishope taped the box back up and mailed the defective player back to me. More than unprofessional!
Summary: Plays 3D Blu-Ray Movies well. A good companion to my Vizio 3D HDTV. But I thought it offered wireless internet. I was wrong. To have internet connectivity you have to run an Ethernet cable from the Blu-Ray player to your router.

Summary: Worked great for two months but now it cuts off for a second and comes back on I know the warranty is over now so I guest I'm stuck with it. Very surprised though because I have 4 Vizio tv;s that's why I ordered this brand.
