Summary: Worst 3D Blu-ray player ever! Freezes up and I have to reset it almost every time I use it. Takes too long from the time I push the command on the remote until the action happens on the screen. Sucks that I paid over a hundred for it.

Summary: Yes, that is right. I am in need of my third Toshiba Blu-Ray/DVD player in six months. Please take my review very seriously. Within the first two months of use, our Blu-Ray/DVD player started skipping, shutting off and not responding to commands.
Summary: I purchase this product because of the price, it was a nightmare. When I power on the product it cut off in the middle of movies, can't stream Netflix. I wasted my money. Look for a reputable brand.
Summary: DVD play has been a problem since the begining. First when I played certain blueray DVD'd the sound and voice would be out of sync with each other. Then there was a weird noise that it made when play other DVD's.
Summary: The player stopped working after a year. If I can turn it on at all, it shuts down after a few minutes and I can't turn it back on. The remote did not work well from the start (yes, we changed the batteries), but I considered that a relatively minor annoyance.
Summary: This unit never had a chance to really get tested well. It arrived defective several times and finally recieved a working unit with a defective wifi adapter. We finally returned the unit for a refund. Ide recommend stiring clear of this Toshiba and look towards the Sony or Samsung both @ Costco.
Summary: Like others, the player just stops working. Right now, it's stuck on 'stop' mode. TV is showing 'No Signal' through the HDMI cable. Up until this point, I was fudging around with the bells and whistles. I tried going to Netflix and that's when the problems started.
Summary: I purchased this Blu Ray player in July of 2011. I began to have problems with it in late September, and I called Toshiba Customer Service. I was then forced to leave my information to get a followup from a representative.
Summary: Rather than write a review, here is the letter I sent to Toshiba. Go ahead and decide for yourself. My current television and my previous television have been Toshibas. I *WAS* a fan of the brand, so I recently purchased a Toshiba BDX5200KU Blu-ray player.
