Summary: Yes, that is right. I am in need of my third Toshiba Blu-Ray/DVD player in six months. Please take my review very seriously. Within the first two months of use, our Blu-Ray/DVD player started skipping, shutting off and not responding to commands. I contacted Toshiba, and was relieved to learn that they replace all defective electronics through their Acclaims Department and a website called Toshiba Direct. What a joke!
Summary: Do not waste your time. Do not buy this product. See title of Review. Freezes All The Time, Slow, Takes forever to read BluRay Disc and does not indicate status. When it freezes, one has to unplug power and power back up. Do not buy!
Summary: recieved product quickly, packaging was good. The player itself was horribly slow if it would play a 3d dvd at all and not just a blank screen i have a brand new 46" toshiba 3d tv with the latest high speed hdmi cable). Returned player to amazon and purchased a Panasonic 3d player (wich was less expensive) and love it.
Summary: Unit worked fine for 32 days from receipt. Used for Blu Ray as well as internet access for Netflix, Pandora and VuDu. On day 32 whilst listening to Pandora, unit suddenly quit, saying that it could not find internet address. No problem with internet service with all other devices working fine.
Summary: I really wanted to like this 3D Blu Ray player because I got such a great deal. But I guess you get what you pay for. The cons to this purchase have been so annoying thus far that it's getting returned. Cons: 1 Load speed is extremely slow. 2 Eject, Play, Pause (namely the eject) buttons are only lit on the player for a very short period of time. So when you go to eject the disc you have no idea where to push.
Summary: I think that this dvd player is good and it realizes almost 78% of features. I recommend it. but the internet conection is not good regardless that I have a good dsl internet service. This dvd player is not heavy and it is slim.
Summary: Very easy to use and nice picture but wifi feature is hard to navigate and you tube is very limited... hard to navigate also... Netflix is just great.... a better choice would be to get a tv box that connects to your kaptop pr PC wirelessly... much easier to use!
Summary: This machine says "WiFi" ready, but it is not WiFi capable. Ordered two of the players as I needed my BluRay players to connect wirelessly to my network. However, upon arrival, learned from Toshiba that "WiFi Ready" means that you need to buy an additional WiFi adapter from them (only the Toshiba one will work) in order for the player to connect wirelessly. So I definitely don't consider this "Wifi Ready" as they've labelled it all over the box.
