Not worth the time

Marcus L., Newegg
31 July 2013
  • Pros: nice and compact size for a Blue Ray player.
  • Cons: This player freezes up constantly and isnot able to cut off with the remote nor the button on the player. Drops my network frequently and I am having to set up the network setting over and over again that is very frustrating. Getting it to connect to my network is time consuming also. I was hoping it would work out, but not worth the time and money spent. Think I will have to return this player

BEWARE!! Garbage...had to return it

Roy S., Newegg
20 July 2013
  • Pros: size
  • Cons: Beware of this device. I wanted to like it, but ended up having to return it. The primary reason I bought it was because it had a web browser...little did I know that it wouldn't work. I also bought it because it was on sale for $79.99. The interface is just AWFUL. It is ridiculously slow when switching from section to section. When I tried to use the browser, I entered a search term in the google box that appears at the top. When the results came up, I couldn't selec...

  • Summary: STREAMING I have had a lot of trouble getting it to work on my home network. Tried different rooms. Am usually pretty good with tech but didn't do so well with this, had to get a friend to help in the end. Had to sign up for some Toshiba network of theirs to get stuff to stream. Once we got it working, I switch off the TV/DVD etc at the mains (as has been recommended) and lost all the data and it wants me to sign in through all their screens again so I just didn't...

Only works 1 week

peeps, Argos
11 February 2014
  • Summary: I had the first one took it back after 1 week I exchanged it and the second one only lasted a week. I would have liked a refund back to my nectar card as I purchased using my points but I could only have an argos gift card. So now I have had to purchase the LG one which was £20 more I hope this one lasts longer. I won't use my points in argos as I would have bought one from elsewhere with my points.
