Summary: After a long and careful research of the wide variety of Blu-Ray Players on the market, we decided on purchasing the Toshiba BDX3300 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player with WiFi. Our Toshiba is exactly as advertised by the manufacture.
Summary: I purchased this product after the Sony I bought because it has an excellent antenna for the wireless connection. And, no, you do not need an external USB device to connect wirelessly. The Sony had about a 34% wireless connection and this Toshiba consistantly runs aroun 50-60%.
Pros: Good media format support Solid pictures Low price Smart features and DLNA
Pros: Does what it says. It is wireless and you do not need a USB adapter for the wireless. Easy to set up had it running in no time. Love the Netflix button as we do not have Cable TV just cable internet. It is very light weight and small footprint.
Summary: I bought this player because I got tired of software solutions disappointing me on my HTPC. They had HDCP compliance issues. This one was chosen because it supported all the HD audio formats/ good price/ and slim format.
Summary: I was a bit leary about purchasing this as ~used~ What shipped was the Blu Ray Players original box damaged which worked perfectly. It didn't come with a manual but when you plug in the product into Google search you can find the manual and everything else needed.
Summary: My son-in-law was very happy with this gift. It performs as advertised and there have been no complaints since Christmas '12 so that is a good thing. WiFi was a plus. The family likes all the movies etc. they can download right from this unit.
