Summary: had the player about 3 weeks now and it seems to be living up to its specs. Works great and so far have had no problems. I love the wireless capabilities as it makes netflix look great and all dvds and blurays ive played. I also love the usb port on the front that enables you to play avi files which I have a lot of. For the money this is the best bluray player ive owned so far. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting the extra features and streaming capabilities.
Summary: I bought this because I wanted a Blu-ray player to go with my HDTV without spending a fortune on something I may only use occasionally. The fact that it links to BBC iPlayer is a bonus. Tried it and it worked really well. I'm sure there are more recent, higher specification, more fully featured units out there - at a price. This unit seems to me to be good value for money and was exactly what I wanted.
Summary: I bought this Blu-Ray player as a present for my sister, who already had a Toshiba TV. I had read reviews that the only downside to this model was the small buttoned remote control. As the TV remote was the same make, it was possible to use the TV remote to control the Blu-ray Player. The disc were relatively quick to load and the price was competitive.
Good for bringing iPlayer to the living room television.

Summary: I purchased this Blu-ray player as a Christmas present for my parents, partly because they didn't have a blu-ray player connected to the HD-ready TV in the living room, but also because they often watch BBC iPlayer to catch up on TV programs they missed. The built-in wireless was a must, to save on the hassle of connecting it to the network via other means.
Summary: Set up was fairly straight forward. Takes a bit of time when having to type in anything via the remote. So once set up I thought I would download the remote app for my Iphone, as I thought I would then be able to use the Iphone keyboard to input searches on Youtube and Iplayer. WRONG! I only get the same functions as the remote. So what is the point? Unless I'm missing something here! Very pleased with the player though.
Summary: I bought this to replace old dvd/video players under my tv. It is compact and fits neatly in place, and looks far less clutter, cables etc. than the old machines it has replaced. The quality of playback is very good, it enhances the dvds I already have, and the sound quality has is also improved. The wifi was easy to set up, I can now enjoy BBC i player, You Tube, and purchase or rent a film without attaching a laptop or tablet.
