Summary: Finally a product that gives the instruction on the TV. screen. Easy to follow and easy to use. We have had other products that we have needed help to set up but this one is super easy. Especially for the older generation like my husband and me.
Pros: I got two of these players when they were on sale. Have one in the bedroom, which is mostly used for streaming Netflix, and the other in the main living room. Both work great! Setup to the wi-fi was simple and I have no complaints about these players!
Summary: Bought System on 01/16/12 with Christmas Money and I have had no issues with the device so far with the picture, sound, or wi-fi. In the interest of full disclosure I have bought many products from Toshiba and when I haven't I have been generally disappointed with the other manufacturers.
Summary: I bought this unit to add to the bedroom so I could watch Netfix too! When I opened the box and plugged everything in it was effortless to get it to work and enjoy. great sound too! What a great unit for the price.
Summary: This blu-ray player works really well according to my son, who received it as a birthday gift. He needed one for all the new blu ray movies he got for Christmas. Easy to set up and works well.
Summary: very good player for just under $80 with free shipping. This was an amazing Christmas gift and as I keep reading I may have got the only unit that works properly.
Pros: This thing is a life saver for my 4 year old boy. Every night before he lays in bed I turn on his NETFLIX streaming with this unit. I may get another! Still need to look into the other apps/programs. small build can fit anywhere.
Cons: Slow response time from remote to unit, when turned on at times has no picture but sound.....unplug and plug, works great. slow connect speed but I will blame that on my internet connection. Fairly loud loading disc's, but once movie loads quiet.
Pros: For those not in the know...the reason it doesn't have analog audio outputs is this thing called analog sunset. Analog outputs will be gone in about a year, never to return. So get used to only having an HDMI output. It won't ever change back.
