Summary: I have it connected via Ethernet CAT5 LAN cable so no excuses there. Youtube app does not retain your user account, and you have to activate using a computer each and every time. It has potential, but sadly Toshiba is not making or testing any firmware update to make this player worthy of any human being's consideration. If you got it free, in maybe a xmas grab bag, then it's a good deal. Otherwise, go ahead and despise everything that is Blu-ray and Toshiba.
Summary: Like many, I bought this when it passed through the closeout/outlet store called Big Lots. They were having trouble unloading their inventory, so what was a $60 price tag became $45. That was combined with a "20% off the entire store" one-day sale, so I ended up paying around $40 after tax. At that price, it's a worthwhile electric, but I can't see paying anymore than that, especially considering it was refurbished.
Summary: This means I thought it was wireless and would work on my wi-fi in my house This device does not have wireless internet capabilities. That was a lie when I called Big Lots the feed me I line of Crap.
Summary: What a profoundly bad product this is. After several months, it has stopped recognizing Blu-Ray discs and will...apparently...only play standard DVD's. I tried restoring the factory defaults and left it unplugged for several minutes as recommended when this issue occurs (and you have to wonder that someone actually had to post a recommendation/fix), but to no avail. Toshiba does put out some good products, but this Blu-Ray player is not one of them.
Summary: Bought it as a Christmas present in 2011, it's finally died on me. The MOST frustrating thing is Toshiba customer support - you can't talk to anyone on the phone unless it's for a computer. You have to file a claim thru a website, and unless you still have proof of purchase you're not getting a replacement. Good player, not worth the long-term hassle. Upgrade yourself!

Summary: We've had it for about a year. After about 6 months the remote decided to have an attitude and only work when it felt like it. Now it won't connect to our wifi so we can watch netflix. It has been nothing more thana nuisance. I'm about to toss it and buy a new one.

Summary: Good player and works great with my Toshiba 55" LED. While watching the Breaking Bad Series, it does not remember where I stopped watching on the Blu-ray and I have to go back to the start menu (takes about 30 seconds) then select episode selection and navigate manually. My older Sony DVD player would always remember where I left off, even if I removed the disc. I guess the Sony just spoiled me.
