Summary: I found this product very difficult to set up and I am not a novice on the computer. The product comes with a so called manual but you have to go on online or stay on hold to wait to speak to a represenative, took me 3o mins. waiting before speaking to a rep.
Summary: I don't know why I am different than anyone else, but I have made 3 calls to SONY support in the last 2 weeks(5 total since I bought the system) and am still unable to use the system remotely. So, I have basically wasted my money, since I have no need to use it while I am at home.
