Summary: The remote on this thing is awful. If you even breathe on it wrong it will take that as you are pushing buttons. I had to physically removes several buttons on the remote so it wouldnt turn off my programs. DO NOT get this machine if you want to use Netflix or a USB port.
Summary: Unbelieveable that Sony has falled so low in quality. Truly a piece of junk. Almost immediately - but after the 30 return period - a disc could not be ejected. The hook up to streaming, i.e. Netflix, is prehistoric in today's world. Do not waste your money.
Summary: This device is a quirky as they come. My primary purpose for this item was to stream Netflix into our bedroom. The first problem I ran into is it will never connect to the Internet when I set mine to DHCP (my father's does not have an issue).
Less than a year later and it's not functioning properly.

Summary: After hours of trying to set up for streaming, I tried customer support on the website I was directed to. They asked for the country before connecting. USA not listed! Any workaround took me back to the same page and no USA. Returned product.
