Since updating firmware to latest version, 019, the player won't play BD's. The update went off smoothly, so wasn't installation problem. Anyone ever have this happen and found a fix?

    Answered by Joey 2009-10-05:

If you're experiencing this problem after updating it, I would suggest you to return it to the store.
