Summary: This Blu-Ray/DVD player is one of the most frustrating pieces of electronics I have ever owned. I own a Sony TV and a stereo, but this particular player has really soured my feelings about Sony. It is loud. It takes a long time to load.

Summary: For the price, this is an excellent machine! My so-called refurbished purchase is essentially brand new. I subtracted one star because the remote is not laid out very well and I would have liked an analog audio output. But you can't beat the price, and it plays discs flawlessly.
