Summary: The Blu-ray I was sent did not work at all. The tray would not open. What really frustrated me was the run arounD from Sony customer service. It took a couple of tries to have someone finally decide I needed to send it back, but then it took 2 tries to get the labels needed to send it back.
Summary: I purchased this Blu-ray player 6 weeks ago. It has been fine until now having a good quality output. It does start rather slowly and does not have an eject button on the remote. Minor annoyances.
