Summary: I received my Blu-Ray in February and have yet to watch a complete movie without the unit hanging up. Resets worked to the point of being able to restart the movie but that would last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes then I would have to restart all over again.
Summary: Updated Review: Needs change so I'm changing my original review of this Blu-Ray player from 4 to 2 stars. I've owned it for around 2.5 year. It still works as well as when it was new. However, it has been discontinued by Sharp and there have been no firmware updates for over a year.
Summary: First, I'd like to say that I think technology is great when it works; I'm not what I'd consider a technophobe, in the least... However, the Sharp BD player that I bought with my TV has proven to be one of the most problematic pieces of electronics hardware I've ever seen.
