Summary: I received my Blu-Ray in February and have yet to watch a complete movie without the unit hanging up. Resets worked to the point of being able to restart the movie but that would last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes then I would have to restart all over again. I contacted Aquos Advantage Customer Service and they arranged for a "NEW" replacement unit to be shipped. I gave them my credit card info in case I didn't actually return the bad unit.
Summary: Updated Review: Needs change so I'm changing my original review of this Blu-Ray player from 4 to 2 stars. I've owned it for around 2.5 year. It still works as well as when it was new. However, it has been discontinued by Sharp and there have been no firmware updates for over a year. So with all of the changes in the Blu-Ray space, this is an iffy buy at best. Also, it has no networking capabilities for things like Netflix or Pandora. So, in short avoid this product.
