Buyer beware! Bad quality product. Doesn't play most disks and totally broke within 8 months.

Summary: What a lemon! Had this one for 8 months before it completely died on me. I never liked this blu-ray player as it's functionality is very confusing, it's missing a display and has no clear buttons that indicate what's going on. My children never were able to figure how to determine if a disk was in the player or not and then often it simply didn't play the disks. Spent over $100.
Summary: I have had this DVD player for well short of 9 months and it no longer works. I have owned many DVD/Blue ray players in my life and never had such a bad life for a player. I should know better then to purchase a refurbished item. Stay away from this Blu Ray player.
Summary: This unit is compact, light and works great for both 2D & 3D love that it has built in wi fi so it can update easily and very quickly. The smart TV feature is fun but mostly use it for blu ray. Picture quality is outstanding and price was great. You get allot for very little.
Love the compact size and integration with Samsung TV

Summary: Really like how I can use my Samsung TV remote to operate this DVD player and like how it syncs well with the TV. 3D movies look perfect on the player... I think it's too complicated to eject a disc. You have to power off and on to get it to eject. Maybe I'm not familiar with it yet but my child has problems and I have to power off and on sometimes to get it to eject.
Summary: I purchased this for the SmartHub feature. The player boots up quick and the picture quality is great. The SmartHub is pretty good - it's a bit adolesent and slow. The web browsing is impossible with the included remote. I tried it with a bluetooth keyboard and that works better but I wouldn't want to use it solely for web browsing. I'd compare the web browser to writing with a crayon instead of a pen - it'll work but slower and more frustrating.
Summary: The Samsung BD-ES6000 is obviously defective. It has a particular hatred of playing ANY Blu-ray/DVDs. It likes to freeze up. Nothing I like better than staring at a still frame while I try every trick in the book to get the disk running again. And you can forget about viewing your Netflix instant streaming on it. You'd have better luck unlocking the secrets of the Higgs Boson "god" particle.
