Summary: Slow menu. Netflix app never remembers my account information, have to log in each time, really annoying. Plays music CDs fine. And plays DVDs fine. But I want to use more for Netflix but it's almost useless for that.
Summary: A few months after purchasing this product (new) from Best Buy, the disc tray got stuck with a brand new blu-ray still in it. I had to send it to Samsung to get fixed. After that, the device would make a suspicious amount of noise while playing blu-rays as if it was trying harder to read the disc...
Summary: Device worked intermittently for about 14 months, e.g., constantly froze in NETFLIX mode, DVD would sometimes not eject, often times couldn't power on with remote, slow to connect to Wi-Fi, etc. Now it is officially dead ... of course, two months after the limited warranty expired.
Summary: I purchased this for our second home, which means it sees very little use and is always covered when we are not there. After less than 50 movies, it is absolutely useless. It will not recognize any discs anymore. I am disappointed that this paper weight has Samsung's name on it.
