Summary: Like so many other consumers of this product, I, too, am now looking at a $250 boat anchor. This will be my last Samsung product. PERIOD. And I will dissuade everyone I know: Don't Buy Samsung Electronics.
Summary: I bought this player 2011, I loved it but it quit working and I tried everything to get it fixed or replaced but it was too late. Now I read all of these reviews of how defective they are and I think that Samsung should reimburse all the consumers of these players.

Summary: Why can't I give 0 stars?! Customer support is not helpful. This DVD player does not read DVD's. What more needs to be said? I am starting to think that Samsung issues software updates in order to cause a malfunction so that you need to buy a new one. Do not buy!!!
