Summary: ive never had any problem with this thing dropping internet connection. at school i run a wired connection and at home i use wireless. both are great. My school is cheap and internet sucks at times, but this player loads netflix faster than anybody heres 360 and ps3. so cant complain there.
Pros: Wireless almost just as good as wired netflix and hulu are great blu rays look awesome
Summary: I got this at BB as a replacement for the second failed Samsung 3600. Luckily I had the extended warranty which BB and Samsung complied with. The first 3600 unit failed after 1.5 years of little use. I returned it and they gave me another 3600. It failed after 3 weeks, (refurb maybe?).
Summary: Set-up was extremely easy, nice sleek appearance, picture quality is excellent and the remote is very easy to navigate. If you are looking for an easy to use Blue Ray player with a great picture this is your choice.
Summary: First, let me say I can't rate the Tech support because to date I don't need it. This is a tremendous product, one that I highly recommend. I'm so glad that the SONY I purchased first was defective...typical of a SONY product.

Summary: I have been looking for a product that was going to play all my disks, including Blu Ray but also be able to play regular DVD's, DVD RW+/-R and many of the other formats that a lot of the other player don't touch.
