Summary: I've had my unit for 1 year and 3 months, never had any problem with it at all until tonight when I put in a disk and heard a loud buzzing sound. The disk eventually read, displaying a picture with alternating lines of digital garbage; so the read head assembly has failed after a very short service...

Summary: I purchased this unit from a big box store in February 2012 after doing, what I thought was, extensive research. I read many reviews & went with this unit. The good news: for a while (22 months) everything worked well, REALLY well! Streaming was great, DVD's great, Pandora great...

Summary: I am writing this review to let people know that it seems as though Samsung is making their machines to fail just past warranty. Just over a year and this machine has failed. This in itself wasn't so bad except that it follows the failure of a 6900 Samsung. Also just over a year old.
