Summary: Worked after delivery for a bit, then broke. Crappy design, wifi is useless anymore than 2-FT from wireless router. Never got a chance to access the Apps and use the Smart hub features. Oh Well!
Summary: Pros: Has lots of features Cons: Not user friendly, slow, low-bandwidth wireless connection (tech support doesn't even know) with only 2.4GHz supported; not 5GHz. Every time there is a problem you will have to delete al the apps you downloaded by resetting the player to factory defaults and re-download everything. Remember that the network password is case sensitive.
Summary: I've had my Samsung BluRay for over a year and have had no problems with it. Like every video/DVD/Blu Ray that I've had owned since the 1980's, it has its moments where it doesn't like the DVD/Blu Ray in it. But so far, we've gotten good reception and the WiFi has worked better than the last wifi dvd player I owned. I'd buy it again.
Summary: My blu ray lens quit working one month after the 12 month warranty. Now I can either pay to have it fixed or buy a new one. Do they not make anything to last anymore??? I love Samsung products, but this is making me think otherwise.
Summary: My fist "Smart" TV purchase. Not having other similar devices to compare it to I can only tell you what my experience has been as a newbie. When purchasing I recommend doing research on-line as the product boxes and sales staff weren't very helpful. For instance, one might assume (I know, I know) that the various manufacturers would make access to the most popular suppliers of on-line video available. They don't.
