Summary: This stopped working just after a year and we have ran updates and had to link it directly to our internet to get it to play any blu ray. Dvds would only work otherwise. Ran updates again and got it working with out the internet, just using our wifi. And about a month ago it stopped completely. Wish it was as good as samsung's other products.
Summary: Player does not have Netflix App and you can not download it (even thought in the box and the remote says it has it) Samsung Applications are bad and it take forever to open. If you are a smart person you will buy Sony. I just did and is way better.
Summary: I bought this 3-D BD player because I already have a high end Samsung 3-D Plasma tv and was hoping to take advantage of the HDMI pairing between the two. I have a Sony LCD that works wonderfully with my PS3. But as for the Samsung products, when they work, its beautiful, so nice to use the tv remote to control the blu-ray player, and all the optimal picture settings and 3-D settings work automatically because of the Samsung connection.
Summary: Great features, Anynet+ (file sharing) works nicely for sharing music and videos etc.. Blu-Ray playback works nicely. The main issue is with the Internet applications - Smart Hub. We enjoyed Netflix and Pandora for quite some time until about 3 or 4 months ago when it wanted to do an update every time we entered Smart Hub. We see the "Installing..." message and nothing else. The install never completes.

Summary: it has very slow loading and if the video is paused for too long the picture goes blank and you have to restart the movie all over again.the same goes for uploaded pictures.there is no option to change it in the menu either.i just put in a new 3d blu-ray movie and it plays for about two minutes and then rather than play through it just repeats the same part over and over.
Summary: This player does all the same garbage I'm sure the reader is looking for: freezing, turning on and off, and not responding to the controller. Nothing works to fix it, everything started at the same time, and got worse very fast.
Summary: I have had a few Samsung blu-ray players and honestly...I do not like them at all. This one is just okay, and I am done buying Samsung Blu-rays. I have had three now and all of them seem to work in slow motion. A lot of lag with Samsung, which I am surprised because they usually make great products. Aside from the lag I deal with it because I already had one of those wifi adapters from my old Samsung and didn't want it to go to waste. Overall if I had to decide again..
Summary: This device worked for the first two days and now will not connect to the internet for Netflix etc. via ethernet. I have found the same complaint all over the web, and so far no solutions. Samsung is no help.
Summary: I like samsung products at lest their tvs, but this blu-ray player is complete garbage. It is so slow it's like they took the processor out of a calculator to make this thing. Netflix has not played in a week. Every other thing in my house is running fine and up to speed, so I know it is not my net work. The other day I tried to play a blu-ray on it and the dvd would not play. I put the disk in my other player and worked fine. Hardly ever turn the thing on what a piece.
