Summary: This Blu-ray player has been troublesome from day one. The player is extremely slow but I've never complained much because once the disk started playing it was fine. Then after about a year, it started having a lot of issues playing new releases. Samsung support is horrible.

Summary: Product came exactly as described and was delivered on time. Description is a little misleading, however, as "wifi ready" means that the unit is ready to be plugged into a Samsung Wifi adapter, and does not mean it has wifi out of the box. Other than that, it's a great blu ray player!
Summary: Only lasted two years before front panel touch buttons failed to work, had to use the remote. A couple of months later, the DVD player stops playing in the middle of a movie, and now player mysteriously turns itself on and off. Time for a new one.
Summary: This stopped working just after a year and we have ran updates and had to link it directly to our internet to get it to play any blu ray. Dvds would only work otherwise. Ran updates again and got it working with out the internet, just using our wifi. And about a month ago it stopped completely.
Summary: Player does not have Netflix App and you can not download it (even thought in the box and the remote says it has it) Samsung Applications are bad and it take forever to open. If you are a smart person you will buy Sony. I just did and is way better.
