Summary: I found this blu-ray player for a great price and now I'm beginning to understand why. I've had the player for about 18 months and it worked fine for about 10-12 of them.
Plays only 30% of disks. Terrible using web content.

Summary: Pick other options. Not this one. I am a engineer in similar field and would rate this product very bad. Samsung has some good products too but not this for sure.
Summary: What stunning tv they produce, but they can't even make a blu-ray player play a disc more than a few times and then refuse to play anything at all after that.
Summary: I decided to pay more and try this player because it was wall mountable. I have a Samsung TV and have had three Samsung phones so I was a little disappointed to hook this...
Summary: This is the worst Blu-ray player we have ever purchased. Nothing but problems from day one. Sent back to Samsung twice for repair and still doesn't work properly.
Pros: Pandora, NetFlix apps are nice, integrates with my Samsung TV remote well. Nice if you want to wall mount a Blu-Ray player. (?) Pretty high glam factor.
Cons: Door-opening motor pretty weak. Blu-Ray spinner is noisy. Hulu Plus app just not available, and only because Samsung is in bed with the media giants.
Summary: Purchased this player because it was same brand as 55'' flat panel HDTV I was buying. Seemed logical, as it communicates with the TV directly.
Summary: I really like the early version of this better. Its quieter and has lasted longer. Now samsung wants 50 to fix it. Its only 4 months old, Ive only watched 10 dvds on it.
