Summary: What stunning tv they produce, but they can't even make a blu-ray player play a disc more than a few times and then refuse to play anything at all after that. It's really a nice design, but I wasn't in the market for a wall ornament. Other than thir tv, I'd never touch another Samsung product again. I learn that as well with thir crappy cell phones.
Summary: I have had my BD C7500 just over a year. It has auto updated itself several times lately and now won't play at all. I paid a lot of money for this unit because it was wall mountable. I am very disappointed.
Summary: I decided to pay more and try this player because it was wall mountable. I have a Samsung TV and have had three Samsung phones so I was a little disappointed to hook this up and realize what a piece of junk it is. It is slow starting up, slow to play a movie (dvd or blu ray) and slow at connecting to WiFi. It probably takes in the range of 5-10 minutes to get a movie queued up and that is just to see the previews.
Summary: This is the worst Blu-ray player we have ever purchased. Nothing but problems from day one. Sent back to Samsung twice for repair and still doesn't work properly. Save your money and buy a different player. We normally love Samsung products but will not buy a Blu-ray player from them again.
Summary: Purchased this player because it was same brand as 55'' flat panel HDTV I was buying. Seemed logical, as it communicates with the TV directly. I did not check customer reviews first. Big mistake. This thing does very little that units at about half its cost will do. I have a Sony in the next room that spins like a top. What this unit will not do is play 3 out of 4 Blu-ray, DVD or CD disks that are placed onto its wobbly, poorly designed spindle mount.
Summary: The product is well made and the video quality is awsome. I was, however, very dissappointed when I opened the box to discover that the CD tray does not open on the right (which it sure looked like it did in all information available). What really happens is the entire top (very large top) moves to the left uncovering the tray.
Can't even connect to network, doesn't memorize where you stopped disc

Summary: Well, maybe it's me, but after farting around for several hours trying to get this to see my wireless network (set up by the way in the very same room, router and all), I get a message "Due to a change in the WiFi policy, cannot support the TKIP security type in 802.11n mode". I have no idea what this means (i'm really not a techno geek but I was able to set up my TIVO on my wireless network without too much problem).
Summary: This player worked well for about 1 week. Then, since I had auto firmware updates on, The firmware updated to the current version (1010.4). No problem. Then a day later auto updates ran again. This time updating to version 1015.2 (which is not listed for this product). I have been having problems ever since. Every time I would turn on the player, I would get an error stating "Model Information in your upgrade file does not match with your player. Please check and retry".
Summary: This player works, but it comes at a very high price just to enable wall mounting. I bought another cheaper model BD-C6500 to replace it because the DVD carrier, which slides laterally to open, worked so slowly. The cheaper model has the same functions but works better.
