  • Summary: I had some trouble with a newer, more expensive model. Sent two back to Samsung for replacements. I decided to drop down a notch and trade for this model. It works well as a blu-ray, and works great on my network. Some lagging, sometimes slow, but overall a good product.

Worst Manufacture of Disc Players

  • Summary: What stunning tv they produce, but they can't even make a blu-ray player play a disc more than a few times and then refuse to play anything at all after that. It's really a nice design, but I wasn't in the market for a wall ornament. Other than thir tv, I'd never touch another Samsung product again.

Good at first, then went bad

  • Summary: I have had my BD C7500 just over a year. It has auto updated itself several times lately and now won't play at all. I paid a lot of money for this unit because it was wall mountable. I am very disappointed.

  • Summary: I decided to pay more and try this player because it was wall mountable. I have a Samsung TV and have had three Samsung phones so I was a little disappointed to hook this up and realize what a piece of junk it is.

Works Great

  • Summary: Worked perfectly right out of the box. I did not experience any of the firmware versioning issues the other reviews were reporting. It updated properly to the latest firmware. Connected easily to my wireless network. Connected to TV via HDMI and produces perfectly clear 1080p, as it should.

Don't Buy this Blu-Ray Player

  • Summary: This is the worst Blu-ray player we have ever purchased. Nothing but problems from day one. Sent back to Samsung twice for repair and still doesn't work properly. Save your money and buy a different player. We normally love Samsung products but will not buy a Blu-ray player from them again.

Overpriced Junk!

  • Summary: Purchased this player because it was same brand as 55'' flat panel HDTV I was buying. Seemed logical, as it communicates with the TV directly. I did not check customer reviews first. Big mistake. This thing does very little that units at about half its cost will do.

  • Summary: I bought this because I didn't have the shelf space to give up and wanted Netflix plus BluRay. The picture is great (My HD-A2 HD DVD is better: I did an ABC test on Harry Potter Goblet of Fire HD/BluRay and upconverted DVD from both.

Great once repaired

  • Summary: It took a a half-dozen phone calls, emails and a few weeks to get the brand new but non-functional unit through the Samsung warrantee system but once that was done the unit works like a charm. It looks great on the wall along with the wall-mounted TV.

Broke after 4 months

  • Summary: I really like the early version of this better. Its quieter and has lasted longer. Now samsung wants 50 to fix it. Its only 4 months old, Ive only watched 10 dvds on it.
