Summary: If you must have a multi-zone Blue Ray player, then this one is ok. It does not automatically play all zones, the instructions state you have to press the secret key combo on the remote when turning on the machine to change the zone it works with. It is a very compact player, but cheaply made.
Summary: It workED great with a Ethernet cable. The WiFi wouldn't connect without the added purchase of another product. I've had no problems with this bluray player, until yesterday. ** The remote got really warm and then quit working. The player is useless without the remote.
the player works fine. It's the remote that doesn't work.

Summary: the remote only works with the "Play" button. you can't access anything with the directional buttons. so, no updating available. the netflix and Hulu buttons still work (but I don't use them). Apparently I need a new remote. $30.00 plus $8.00 shipping. I only paid $59.00 for the whole unit.
Summary: Got one of these at Walmart. Wanted to use Netflix and was looking for a streamer. Saw this for only $10 more than the low end Raku and figured it would be worth the bonus of Blue Ray. Product hints that it is wireless. It isn't without a dongle that costs 1/3 as much as the player itself.
Summary: Hello. I'm from Mexico and two weeks ago, I bought in a local RadioShack store here in Mexico City this DVD/Blu-ray player. It does play Region 1 and Region 2 (PAL) dvd's but does not play Zone B Blu-rays as it says it does.
Summary: Hello. I'm from Mexico and 15 days ago I bought in a local RadioShack store here in Mexico City this DVD/Blu-ray player. It does play region 1 and 2 (PAL) dvd's, but does not play Zone B Blu-rays.
Summary: My husband got this for me, so I wish I could say I liked it, but it is not too great. First of all, I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old meaning that my remote could end up anywhere in my house. I spend a lot of time searching for the tiny remote that comes with this thing almost every day!
Summary: first off this "wifi ready" label is misleading so be prepared to buy an extra cable or a wifi dongle. you might as well buy a more expensive blu ray player. this was has a slow response time for opening disc tray which gets annoying quickly.
Summary: I bought this to replace a broken dvd player. I thought i had a deal at $50...but turns out Phillips is the one who had the deal. The wifi doesnt work without an expensive doggle, a regular wireless usb doesnt work. I will connect with an ethernet cable since its close to my computer.
