Panasonic DMP-BDT330 3D Network Blu-ray Disc Player Review

About.com
13 July 2013
  • Conclusion: The DMP-BDT330 isn't perfect, but it is still a pretty impressive Blu-ray Disc player. Starting with its slim, compact design, and overall video, audio performance, and then moving into its internet streaming and network content access, this unit is worth consideration for just about any home theater system, especially if you have a 3D or 4K UltraHD TV or video projector.

Panasonic DMP-BDT330 review

Stuff.tv
31 October 2013
  • Summary: The DMP-BDT330 is the top Blu-ray player in Panasonic’s 2013 range. It has one objective: to take down the Sony perching on the highest branch of our Top 10 list of the best Blu-ray players . These two firms are always battling for Blu-ray supremacy, but while Panasonic slaved away on a new machine for this year, Sony has confidently (or arrogantly) carried over its BDP-S790 from last year. This is an important fight for Panasonic.
  • Pros: Excellent picture and sound, Nice design, Plenty of connections, 4K upscaling
  • Cons: Could do with more smart content, Menu system could be simpler

Panasonic DMP-BDT330 review

TechRadar UK
29 July 2013
  • Summary: Fast, super-smart and UHD-capable
  • Pros: Superb Blu-ray images, SD card slot, Netflix shortcut button, UHD upscaling, Blu-ray pictures are dreamily awesome, both from 2D and 3D modes, while DVD upscaling in 24fps mode comes hugely recommended, too. It's very difficult to get lost or confused while using the Panasonic DMP-BDT330. Navigating the admittedly rather basic structure of the GUI is so easy, and once you realise that apps are stored in Network Services, you've cracked the only sight issue. The UHD up...
  • Cons: Uses 2012 smart TV GUI, Basic user interface, No touchpad remote, No analogue audio outs, The remote is old and lacks a shortcut to the apps grid, while the smart TV interface is last year's look. We were't able to stream either MKV or AVC HD video files over a home network, and nor could we find a smartphone/tablet app for the Panasonic DMP-BDT330. We miss 2012's touchpad remote, too, though only slightly.

Panasonic DMP-BDT330 Blu-ray speler

homecinemamagazine.nl
21 October 2013
