Summary: Read reviews and picked this product for function and price. Had no problem setting it up and using it. Only weak point is you have to buy a $100 camera to be able to use Skype. I won't be using the Skype function with this unit because of the cost.
Summary: I purchased this player for the most part to allow me to watch Netflex on my older TV. I would have rated it 5 stars but both the instructions and the support for the wi-fi connection setup were incomplete. Following the instructions the unit did not connect to my home wi-fi.
Summary: It's a very good Blu-ray player. It has all the bells and whistles. I just wish that the entire front didn't come down when you go to insert a DVD. You really only need an area the size of the DVD to open up and the rest of the front could remain stationary.
Summary: Disc playback: I'll gloss over this because it does what it's supposed to do. It plays blu-ray and dvd media, and it does that well. It starts up quick, and it's relatively quiet. I have no intention to use any 3D capabilities to test.
Summary: So far, I've found only 4 negative points about this BD player, 1- You can't adjust the audio volume (over HDMI) 2- Does not play back AVI's (only some MKV's) over USB/SD. 3- 3D only over HDMI; too bad it doesn't have a VGA output port. 4- Missing clock in standby mode The good: More than I can say!
Summary: After reading positive reviews from 3 different magazines I was ready to purchase this Blu Ray player. I was looking for a player that loaded fast and would allow me to stream Netflix to my TV.
Very Good Player, well, WAS, the stars are dropping Panasonic.

Summary: 6/20/2012 Well, it WAS working... now it's giving a the 1/4 bar loading again, then Netflix says it is having trouble playing the title and chose another, you do this, only for it to load 1/4 the bar. I'll exit Netflix and try to connect again only to tell me it cannot find a wireless connection.
Summary: I just received this unit as a replacement for my Samsung BD-C6500 (a decent player but with a very buggy firmware that got worse and worse with every upgrade) and it was very easy to setup, detected my wireless network quickly and it was up and running.
Summary: I have no need for 3D but this was an excellent price and a real favorite from professional critics around the web. It's a good build as you wold expect from Panasonic and plays everything effortlessly.
