Summary: Panasonic's DMP-BDT100 Blu-ray 3D player is currently one of the least expensive options for 3D Blu-ray playback, but this doesn't mean it sacrifices performance for the sake of cost savings. The player offers a robust set of streaming options (Netflix, Amazon VOD, YouTube, Pandora, etc.) as well as very good DVD upconversion and outstanding Blu-ray playback, for the same price as many standard 2D Blu-ray players.
Summary: I purchased this unit to be able to access the internet. I had already purchased the separate wireless adapter for my old Panasonic DVD player and then realized it did not even have a port for it. So, rather than start over I purchased a new 3D unit. I don't have a 3D TV or any 3D DVD's but this will be ready when I do purchase those. It was simple to hook up and, once I read some instructions, synched right up with my wireless internet connection.
Good Player. Get as part of Panasonic bundle deal!

Summary: Got this player in the bundle deal with my Panasonic VIERA TC-P42GT25 42-inch, 3D glasses, & Avatar 3D BluRay. First BluRay player experience, so I don't have anything to compare it to. The picture quality is good on the TV, audio sounds fine (though I don't have it hooked up to a sound system yet). Remote and menu are easy enough to operate. It has a QuickStart function to boot up faster, but I don't think it makes much of a difference.
Summary: I had toyed with the idea of getting a blu-ray player for quite a while. Howwever, when I bought my Panasonic 3D TV, this came with the bundle. It's a decent blur ray, the 3D video quality is excellent. Plus, since Panasonic has the Viera Link function, I can use the TV remote and Blu Ray remote interchangeably. I just need to turn on the blu ray player, and when the disc is being read, the TV turns on automatically.
Summary: If you are using the latest version of hdmi "1.4" on everything than this will get the job done for a good price. However this does not have a bunch of bells and junk on it which is not always needed. If you have several older compenent systems than you may need to look for one that has more connection options.
