Pros: This was my first stand alone blu-ray player and it has all the features I wanted. It loads discs quick, has a nice interface on the player. The quality looks amazing coupled with my Samsung LED 7000 46'' 3D TV. I love the stylish look and the playback is flawless. DVD's look brand new too. Couldn't be happier ! :)
Cons: IF I had to pick a con, its very minor but on my Samsung LED, it thinks that this player is a 3D player for some reason and when I have 3D detection set to auto, it changes it and the image is distorted. Summary: Very easy to set up, received firmware update via CAT 5 internet wire with no problems. Very fast boot up - great picture and easy to use remote and menus are intuitive. For the price, very good unit.
Summary: I purchased this NOT NEEDING any wireless connectivity - only to watch Blu Ray movies. My only requirement: needed a fast-booting player. The BD75 does not disappoint. I have a Panasonic 46" plasma; I appreciate the Viera Link compatibility. The player was easy to set up, and yes, it DOES boot up Blu ray discs quickly. My only disappointment: the player I purchased died 75% of the way through the first movie I watched.
Summary: I purchased this Blue ray player from Amazon a few weeks ago. It is easy to use, it was easy to follow to install new firmware update off my wireless network. I look the big icons on the start up page I think it makes so easy to follow were to go. For the price and features it is a player I would recommend.
Pros: Inexpensive, Compact, Easy to use, Durable, Exceeded expectations, Convenient
