Summary: This is an OK blu-ray player. I have never had any problems playing DVD or Blu-Ray with it. I rent a lot from Redbox so consider that many of what I rent is not in optimum condition. If you can get this dirt cheap and being able play Blu-Ray when your box is out of the DVD version then go for it. HOWEVER, if you want to use all the features that it is advertised as having then not so much.
Summary: Do not buy! So I don't usually watch movies on my dvd player but today I bought a blue-ray movie and was excited until I realized that I had lost the remote control. Without the remote control this product is totally useless. It would not let me play the movie...I mean what kind of designer does not let you control the player on the actual product? Total waste of money and if you want to get rip off you should buy it.
Summary: This is the worst blu ray player ever. It takes an ungodly amount of time to load blu rays, and it started making loud screeching noises from time to time when loading anything. The wireless is weak and as such, we don't even try to use it anymore. Also, the blu rays wont play anymore. At a certain point it just stopped loading them.
Difficult connecting to Wireless Router and Frequent buffering

Summary: I also bought my unit at WalMart. It was very difficult getting it to connect to my wireless router, even though I showed it had a strong signal. Once I finally got it to connect, I connected to NetFlix to watch an episode of of Revolution. The show played for about 10 minutes, then a black screen appeared with the loading status bar. It did this for about 5 minutes and did it 4 more time during the episode.
