Summary: This item didn't last two weeks and quit working. The WiFi started freezing up and it wouldn't play netflix movies. I tried updating the software several times and it said the software was up to date.
Summary: Haven't dealt with the seller of this product but I have dealt with LG many times and their customer service is laughable at best. I bought this purely for price point (at the time it was cheaper) and I guess I got what I paid for.
Summary: LG has got to do something to fix the glitch in their blu ray players. I've purchased 2 different players this year and both lock up unexpected/intermittent causing me or my husband to unplug unit and then plug back in to reboot. Very frustrating and happens often
Summary: The Blu Ray plays just fine, have not tried the 3D part just yet, however the WiFi part that plays Netflix is horrible! It only works part of the time and will just turn off or freeze the whole player. It is so frustrating.
Summary: Started out skipping, then played through the first movie fine. After that it kept on skipping and wouldn't play the movies properly. I hooked up a dvd player to make sure it wasn't the tv or the cable. Sure enough, everything worked fine on the dvd player.
Summary: Unit it worked for first month then the Wifi stopped working. After the wifi stopped working I was no longer able to get the Netflix for obvious reason. Blu ray still works, but will be thinking twice before I EVER buy another LG product again.
