Summary: For $100, this one is well worth the $$. Beware that you will either need an Ethernet port near by to plug into, otherwise use a wireless gaming adapter or LG's USB wireless adapter to connect it to the internet. This one does NOT have built-in wireless.
Summary: I bought this player so I could access the Amazon prime videos app. in the bedroom TV. I really enjoy the convenience of watching whatever I want to whenever I want to. The player fits nicely and snuggles right between the TV stand and TV, very convenient and space saving. Player work very well, didn't have any problems setting up seems very user friendly. Arrived in very good shape, would not have any problem ordering from Adorama Camera through Amazon.com again.
Summary: I have had good luck with this Blu-Ray player. This is not the most expensive unit on the market, but it met my requirements for doing a good job playing Blu-Ray disks, as well as having network applications that will enhance your viewing and listening experiences. It does a wonderful job playing the movies, with the sound handling being just as good as the visuals.
Summary: I connected DVD player, updated firmware and it plays anything I can throw at it. Connected to my NAS without any issues and played HD MKV files perfectly. I have not tested the wireless feature. 1. Update firmware before attempting to use internet or DLNA features. 2. Take the time to understand the menu. 3. Create for Netflix and other accounts from you computer before accessing them from the 650,will save time.
Excerpt: All my latest reviews seem to be all technologically based, but as I look around my assets it is quite apparent that this is my life. Having quite an active and demanding social life my oppertunity's of sitting down and watching a movie are far and few between, although you can't beat the latest headliner at the movies its always nice to watch in style within the comforts of your own home.
Summary: This plays anything , and does it well. Its small, so looks a bit lost in the space I had for it, but thats the future innit? no point in having clockwork motors and brasswork littering the place. I read on line reviews on this before buying and it made me buy this one rather than others. Hats off to proper reviews about what they do or dont do.
