Conclusion: When it comes to the world of high-end audio, there are objective measures and subjective measures, and I've never felt those two coming into such conflict as they do when evaluating the Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD universal disc player. By most objective measures, I would have to say that either the OPPO BDP-103 or BDP-105 offers a much better value for your player-purchasing dollars.
Excerpt: They say that imitation is the ultimate form of flattery; I say if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. In the last few years, we’ve seen a few high-end Blu-ray players use the popular Oppo Digtal Blu-ray player as the core of their design, with at least one manufacturer having even taken it as far as dropping a complete Oppo BDP-83SE chassis into a different cabinet with a new faceplate and charging $3,000 more for it (only to be exposed later).
Conclusion: Sorry if we’re gushing, but we’ve fallen in love with the Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD in a big way. Yes it’s super expensive for a Blu-ray deck, but we guarantee that anyone parting with £800 for this bad boy will not be disappointed.
Pros: Stunning picture and sound quality, Heavyweight build quality, Comprehensive format support
Cons: Expensive, Limited internet content, Wi-Fi not built-in
Excerpt: Now here’s an eagerly awaited product. Having made the leap from Blu-ray player to universal disc player with the 751BD , the new Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD wants to be your complete network media hub. Not only will it play any audio or video disc you can think of, the Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD offers more inputs and outputs than any reasonable person could possibly need, and now has better support for portable media, streaming networked content and standalone streaming...
Pros: Huge amount of connectivity, Ease of use, Sounds crisp and detailed, Great picture quality
Cons: Lacks sonic punch and subtlety with films, Good but not great with music
Summary: At first glance that price-tag seems ridiculous, but your scepticism will last only as long as the time it takes to plug it in. In fact, its superb picture and sound quality, vast connectivity options and accomplished networking render it entirely reasonable. Read the full Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD review at whathifi.com .
A Azur 752 BD bez wątpienia do takich należy.
