If you buy this phone you will look like a loser because i did, all of my colleagues laugh at me. I feel so embaressed to talk on my phone. One time i even started crying and i ran home to my mom and she just started laughing so then i went to my basement house and i read a captain underpants book and now i am all better, but i cant get a new phone because my 67 year old mother won't let me. The screen would just go to this white AT&T screen and restart itself. Then it takes another few minutes to fully allow you to use it. If you tried to make a call right away, or text, it would tell you "Emergency calls only." So I exchanged it for the exact same thing. After a few months, that one started doing the same thing, restarting itself when I was either texting, or online, always with the qwerty keyboard out. This problem has been getting worse over the last few months, happening more frequently. I've been considering finding another phone because of it. The service is ok. Sometimes it gives me trouble in a spot where I know I should normall have service. The keyboard is not all that easy to use, I think because the keys are a little slippery. Your fingers seem to slide over the key you need to push, so it's not that great of a phone for texting. Also, there's a weird issue with texting that I have noticed: you can't resend the same message to another person. Other phones I've owned have had the ability to copy a message you just sent and send it to someone else. Today I have decided I'm DONE with this phone. Out of nowhere, it just loses all connection. I could not text, could not get online, and if I tried to make a call, it told me "Emergency call only." I tried everything I could think of: charged it for a while, took out the battery and put it back in, turned it off and on a few times. Nothing worked. I don't drop the phone, I take care of it (I'm a 26 year old adult, I understand this concept), and I charge it every night religiously. It's now been completely useless for about 12 hours. Basically, it's a piece of crap watch to me at this point. I have been online searching for a solution and haven't found anything. Before this phone, I would keep my phones for 1-2 years, average. They're not supposed to last just 10 months. I'm about to flush the damn thing down the toilet. Although I haven't had all of the problems I've seen listed here, I would NOT recommend this phone. IT SUCKS! I WOULD NOT RECCOMENT IT! AT ALL!!! unless, by some wierd defect, you can stand glitches in a phone....and constant ones at that. hope that helped!!!!!
