It’s Friday, a good day for cell phone reviews eh?

You can also check out our review for the Pantech Matrix Pro

I’ve got the Pantech Matrix dual slider qwerty phone for AT&T for review today, I’ve used the phone for the last week every day  doing what you would normally do with a phone… in my time with the Matrix I’ve actually come to like it very much, it’s a nice little phone that is lightweight, well made, easy to use and it’s got decent battery life as well.

The Matrix features a dual slider with standard keypad and full qwerty keyboard that allows for quick and easy texting and emailing. It also features a video camera that you can zoom while recording, a 1.3MP still camera, Bluetooth, MP3 player and even XM radio.

For phone reviews I give them seven days of everyday use, the phone being reviewed replaces my regular phone and goes with me everywhere, if by seven days I’m not accustomed to the phone then it’s go some problems that need to be worked out. With the Matrix I had no real problems at all, after a couple days of using it I was very comfortable with it. The Pantech Matrix is really a great little phone…

First up of course we’ve got the video unboxing

Since I’m on AT&T already all I had to do was pop in my sim card and I was ready to go,  of course I threw in a microSD card as well for good measure to make sure everything worked alright.

So I charged the phone and I got a little over three hours talk time actually, and I was using my Jawbone2 BT headset with it so Bluetooth was running most of the time as well. Since I was actually using the phone for the last week I couldn’t leave it sit for ten days in stand by to check that , but if the talk time I got is any indication of the battery life then the Matrix should easily get the rated ten days.

The Matrix is  smaller than my AT&T Tilt, so it took a bit to get accustomed to it, the size and the interface that is. Since it is a dual slider I found it easier to talk on the phone if it was slid out vertically, it added more body to the phone to hold onto. The keyboard slides to the left which for me is very odd as my Tilt slides to the right, using it though was actually easy, the keys look small but I was typing on it very easily with no problems at all.

The interface is essentially the same as the Rugby that I reviewed a while back, it’s still full of AT&T Bloat and everywhere you turn they’re trying to get you to buy something, it gets annoying, really it does, why does it have to be on every single menu?  Besides that though the interface seems to work, for me it was a bit confusing coming from a Windows Mobiles Based Device, even after a week I still got lost in the navigation, but I was coming around.

Here’s a video of the interface in action, with comments along the way:

As for service I had no problems, I’m on AT&T because it works for me in my area perfectly, and I’ll be with them for some time to come I’m sure. I’ve tried two other companies and it was hard for me to even get a call in my house with them, but with AT&T I’ve got no problems with that. Call quality was very clear, everyone I spoke too said I sounded fine even through the Bluetooth connection.

The Matrix itself is a great little phone really, it feels very well made, it looks heavier than it actually is.

I had no problems pairing my Jawbone2 BT headset with it, it worked every time I turned it on.

The GPS is Assisted GPS using the AT&T’s own navigation system, so you’ll either have to subscribe to it or pay extra charges. It works fine in a pinch, but of course nothing beats a real GPS system.

The included camera is ok for stills as long as there’s enough light, and even indoors the pictures are generally decent as long as you hold the phone steady. The video recording is  a bit worse in low light or indoors though.

Here’s a sample movie taken with the Matrix:

You can see the video isn’t the greatest indoors, outdoors in brighter light is better, but not much really, and besides it’s only 15 second clips so you won’t be filming any movies with it.

and here are some sample pictures taken in both portrait and landscape modes:

Photo10181529_2 Photo10181532_2 Photo10231021 Photo10231022 Photo10231022_1 Photo10231022_2 Photo10231022_3 Photo10231022_4

The still pictures are actually not too bad, they’re a bit fuzzy, but surprisingly good  as long as you hold the phone very still and there’s enough light. It’s not too good with close ups and dark images as you can see with the NZXT Avatar mouse and the back of my AT&T Tilt phone. The brighter ones are a bit better, and even close up they’re not too bad.

One thing that irks me about the picture system in the phone is that you can’t take pictures quickly, and this was the same for the Samsung Rugby as well. What I mean is that when you take a picture it won’t automatically save it so you can just take another picture, you’ve got to save it manually before taking the next shot. That’s fine if you want to preview every picture you take and make sure it’s ok, but what if I don’t want to preview every picture? I couldn’t find anything in the settings to change this either, like to turn preview on or off… I guess it’s more of a personal preference from using a regular camera as much as I do.

Conclusion:
I might be a bit biased here, but I love phones with full keyboards on them, most all of my phones have had keyboards on them so I like the Matrix for including a keyboard.

The Pantech Matrix is a great little phone, call quality is excellent, as is battery life and overall usability. If you’re in the market for a new phone then I suggest you give the Matrix a try, it’s small, lightweight, and has got some great features that I’m sure anyone would appreciate.

The camera could be improved a bit, and of course getting rid of the AT&T bloat would make the phone even more enjoyable to own.

Pros:
Easy to use
QWERTY Keyboard
Well made
Quick and easy to slide either way
Excellent sound clarity
Good battery life

Cons:
Pictures and video not good indoors/low lighting
ATT Bloat included

I loved the matrix i got for my birthday a day before it was supposed to start being sold at stores but it is having the same problems alot of people reported with the duo. It won’t hold a charge after a week of having it. It failed me completely and the people in the store didn’t argue one second about returning it as soon as I said I have a pantech they started showing me other phones. and as soon as i said i had a matrix they guessed what my problem was and didnt even offer to replace it with another.

  4. Please Refurbish

I havent got one yet but i want one could someone please put it on At&t Refurbished Thanks everybody for listineing it looks `like a really great phone

I have been reading reviews on this phone on different sites for about 40 minutes now. I really like the key board and it looks great to me! I was reading reviews on AT&T for the different colors, and saw that the black/green was less because the keyboard had apparently fallen off on more than a few. I really like the red one, and that has not occurred there. Would it be likely to occur on the red phone also? If you think so, please tell me. I am deciding between the black/green and the red. Also before this phone came out, I was looking at the pantech duo, and I compared it to the matrix, and it looks crappy compared to this, so I will definitely be getting this phone instead of the duo. If you can tell me if the keyboard part will fall off please email me at rachelroks9@yahoo.com also if you have any reviews that I might like I would love this! Thank you so much!

nice review. i’ve had the pantech matrix (black/green) for about a week now as well. i really like this phone, but would like to remove the at&t bloatware. i’ve scoured the internet and i was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. i’m a former Moto Razr user, so modding is second nature to me and I just don’t feel right with a branded phone.

feel free to email me at the above address if you have any insight as to where i could look.

    thanks, b,

i’ve reading Matrix reviews for days and havent made up my mind on if i want to buy it or not
i have really big hands so i dont know if i should get it since alot of reviews said the keyboard was really small. A few more questions of mine is how good is the battery if you charge for 24 hours the first time also how good is te camera. Does the video recorder records for very long
if you could email me and tell me if its a good phone that would be great

  14. Love this phone

Just got this phone about 3 days ago, I love it. I got the red and its really cool looking. I can hear people very clear which was an issue with another phone I had. Keyboard works great. All around great cell phone. If you are thinking about getting this phone you will not be dissapointed.

  15. Kevin

Hey everyone, here is some information found from the specs page directly from AT&T’s wireless website.

    http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/cell-phone-details/?device=Pantech+Matrix+-+Red&q_sku=sku3020374

Aside from that, I just have to say that I’m heavily leaning towards this phone as I now have an old as hell Samsung. It’s 5 years old and still works great, but I’m just wanting an upgrade (very much looking forward to having a qwerty capable phone) . Features that make me happy about the phone are the 1280 x 960 screen resolution, the fact that it’s a 3g network phone, and has great music and email support.

  17. Not to sure

I got this phone a month ago, and I had issues with it charging the second day and now it charges fine, but now my call quality sucks. My signal strength stays at three bars or less and it constantly drops calls. I also have issues placing calls at times, my phone just says “Please try again” on the screen or it will hang in calling mode for several seconds (about five to ten seconds). Sometimes I just hang up and try again. My old razor that was hanging by a thread worked better with the calling and signal quality. I plan on taking my back into the store to get it checked because it it is getting worse and pretty ridiculous. Also the picture quality is poor imho. Otherwise, it a fairly decent phone.

  18. Nikki

I’m not sure if I can ask questions here, but I can’t get my entire buddy list to load onto my AIM, when accessing it from my Matrix. Can anyone help? Please! I’ve been searching for hours!!!

  19. Nay

My husband bought me the Pantech Matrix- Red about two days ago. I LOVE IT! I love having the option of using the qwerty keyboard or just sliding up to make a call. As someone else said calls are BEYOND clear…so clear sometimes I wonder if I person is still there. lol If your a avid texter like me then i’d say GO FOR IT!!! This phone is awesome.

  20. george

i cant wait to get mine in like 4 days!! my friend has it and its awsome to text on so if ur a really big texter like me, get this phone!! good review it helped me alot

  21. Amanda

I had a Matrix. Not even a week later one of the slides came off. I took it to the store and they replaced it. A week later that one did the same thing. I really miss the phone, it was great!!! But I couldnt keep going through phones like that.

  22. Anonymous

i really want the matrix…it seems like such a good phone, but it is a little on the expensive side. I am only 12 years old, but i still think that a QWERTY keybord would be great…for texting purposes mostly…:-D. I have read mixed reveiws on the battery hold…so could someone tell me about how long the battery lasts, and if it comes with a car charger. The stinkin $10 phone I have now is very lmtd, including the battery juices, which i have to charge about every night. I might be gettin it for Christmas this year…(mom nd dad if ur readin this, *hinthint*) so….yea. Thats it, thanks guys! please answer my questions!

  23. Vness

My name is vanessa and i have a matrix, for about 2 weeks if that, and my top part of the slider came off, im starting to read that this is common, that sucks, why did they make this cool phone just to piss us off, anyone have this happen to them, email me nessa7960632@yahoo.com

  24. Juice

So far my Matrix is a piece of crap. I exchanged the first one already as it constantly lost signal and dropped calls. I mean like every other call it would drop AND I didn’t even move. Occasionally it would not send texts. I exchanged it and now I have tried to send several texts and they all come back as unsent, in the outbox. Then I’m told the person is getting double texts. Umm if it didn’t send why did they get double texts.
Also, just sitting here I watch the bars go from 0 to 5 and all possibilities in between to searching for a signal and all the while changing from E (Edge) to G (GSM) to 3G. I haven’t dropped any calls yet but that’s only because I haven’t made any. I’m fairly certain I’ll be back at the store tomorrow or I’ll through it out the car window.

I have yet to be able to make a call either. Every call I have tried to make the phone just says dialing and hangs up. But I have 5 bars. So this then begs the question, what do the bars really mean? My frustration level, I’m sure.

  25. Carly

I love this phone!!! I am a professional at losing and breaking phones, but so far I’ve been REALLY careful. The keyboard is great especially for texters like me. My only complaint is that I really need a cover for it because it gets smudged easily. I don’t think they are available yet. For all of you out there looking for a phone, i completely recommend it!

Red Pantech Matrix Problems Please Help?
I got my red pantech matrix on Saturday and it was working fine. Then a few hours passed and I tried to make a phone call and it said invalid card. I turned my phone off and on,it worked. Then a few hours later it did the same thing. So on sunday I went and got a new sim card thinking that would fix my problem,Well it didn’t, it did the same thing. So I went back and got a new Red Pantech Matrix and like before it was working, then it said the same thing,oh yeah then it also said invalid Ims something like that. Does anyone know why? Oh and I can get one the Internet on my phone even when it says invalid card. This is getting really frustrating having to turn my phone on and off again and not knowing if I get a call or text.

  27. Candy

I love the Matrix. It is so thick and very enjoyable when I play with it.

  28. Emily

How does this phone obtain it’s songs? Do I have to download them from ATT, or is there some way that I can hook it up to the computer and import sound files from there? This is a primary concern, as I’m looking for an MP3 player that I can hook up to my car stereo while I’m on the go (e.g. an aux sound output, or a way for the bluetooth to hook into a car stereo and play the music there)

Seriously considering getting one. On battery life, I’m looking for something like my little Motorola; I don’t use it often but to check times etc., goes about 3 days without any kind of charging (with my amount of cell phone use) after 3 years of using it on a daily basis. And durability; my motorola has been dropped on nearly a monthly basis, partially run over with a car, caught in a foot rest in my couch, etc. etc. How careful am I gonna have to be with this sucker?

  29. andrea

ive been planning on getting this phone for a whie now, but after reading everything about it im haveing second thoughts. the phone i have now is about to fall apart. i need a phone with a good battery but i want it also to be cool and stuff. any suggestions?

  30. Rodzie

I just upgraded to the Pantech Matix. I LOVE it. It has taken me 5 months to upgrade, I was looking for a phone that I really liked. I saw the Matrix and fell it love. It is easy to use, quick to send and receive text messages and just a fun phone. I need to learn how to hook it up to my computer and download songs but I am sure that will be easy too. I highly recommend it!!!

  31. infasquad

I have problems with the matrix switching to landscape mode when I slide out for the qwerty. There seems to be some kind of malfunction that doesn’t swtich to landscape mode. Has anyone have this problem? The phone attracts oil too much, and the screen is easily scratched. I don’t like this phone anymore and I had it less than 1 month.

  37. Carol

I was going to purchase the Pantech Matrix phone and the AT&T store didn’t have any, didn’t know when they would get any in. Wasn’t sure if they would have any before Christmas.

  38. Jennifer

I’ve had the red martrix for 3 days. I just realized that the phone does not have an audible alert sound when you have received a voice mail. The only way you know you have missed a call is if you actually pick up the phone and press one of the buttons. Then it will reveal that you have a voicemail. I have called AT&T and they too could not find this function. I just sent an email to the Pantech company inquiring about this. I hope this is just operator error on my part. This is an important function for me, as I do not want to be a slave to this phone, having to check it frequently, just to see if I missed a call. My Razr would alert me, audibly, when I had a missed call. I have a young child, and would hate to miss one of his calls in an emergency!!!! It’s funny, the phone has an audible alarm when you receive a text message, and you can set the alert to ring once, every 2 minutes, etc. Why would they make such a phone without having an audible alert for missed calls?

  39. Reenie

I’ve had this phone for a few weeks now and I really love it. It is very clear ~ you can hear really well. I left my phone charger at my parents house on a Saturday. I had charged it Friday evening. The battery lasted until Thursday afternoon. I couldn’t believe it lasted that long.

The only complaint I have is that the keys on the full keyboard are hard to see. I have the red phone and the keys are a clear/greyish color with the letters in a light purple. Some of the keys (the ones that have numbers on them also) have a red background with white lettering. Those keys with that color are much easier to read. It takes me awhile to text on the full keyboard too. I’m just not used to it. I type all day long, but to text with your thumbs, trying to remember where the keys are is a little confusing. I will keep trying though:)

The size of the text is easy to read also.

This is a great phone and I highly recommend it.

  40. ahmad

i got it the second day it came out i love this phone

  41. meaghan

I got this phone less than 3 weeks agao and i loved it until yesterday. The phone was working great until i went to send a text and all the sudden the qwerty keypad has no power once you slide it pasty the top row of keys so you can sent a message or use any of these buttons. I havent tried taking it to ATT yet since in away at school but i hope they fix it or replace it since i just got it on black friday!

  42. Floydianchuck

Warning!!!! Do not get the Pantech Matrix. I had mine for 2 weeks and I started haveing problems with it. Sometimes it would take forever before it would place the call aftrer hitting send. I also had problems playing videos. I Another problem was when you slide the phone open it would take 5-20 seconds for the sceen to turn on. The major problem with it is when you slide the phone open it wouldn’t flip the screen. Sometimes when you shut it and then open it again it would then flip. It started working fine. It kept doing that on an off. Then I couldn’t even use the key pad because it would shut it off when you slid it past the first row. I took it back to the store. They gave me a new one. 2 weeks later it happened again. I took it back to the store again. They gave me a new one. 1 week later it did it again. now I have to wait for another one to get to me in the mail because it has beeen longer then 30 days from the original purchase date. Every time I call custamer service they keep telling me that this is the first they have geard of any issues. I am now on my 4th one in 5 weeks. The phone is junk. Now I am stuck with it.

  43. infasquad

I agree with Floydichuck, I have the same problem with the slide features. It does not change quickly to landscape mode and it takes a while for the screen to load.

  44. infasquad

I want my money back, I bought this phone unlocked for $200+, I should have gotten the LG VU with that price. I just liked it cause it has a cool dual slide feature, but I didn’t know this phone will malfunction that often. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. I think AT&T has pulled this phone off their shelves because of too many compliants.

  45. morgan

i want this phone so badly. but if it does not work like everyone says it doennt then i will return it.

I have to decide on a phone tonight and i am having a tough time deciding between a pantech duo or a pantech matrix! If anyone has an opinion, post it on this website. I heard both good and bad things from both phones and i can’t decide. If i get the matrix then it will definately be the black and green one! SOOO…..please let me know which is better…….the DUO or the MATRIX!!!!

  51. anonymous

I’m getting this phone for xmas and ive heard that the slider comes off a lot. I am just wondering if these ppl dropped it or something to cause this. Ive had a crappy nokia phone for about 5 months and am ready for a new one. I like this one because it’s a dual slider. btw… what is AT&T Bloat?

  52. Rusty

I just got this phone and i love it. It’s very unique. I love the turn by turn navigation. Well i think this phone is really cool, but I’ve only had it a few days…..

  53. lizzz

im goin top get the matrix tonight for chistmas im very excited. I.ve been looking at all the rating and what the phone can do. But it already won me over by the design

  54. anonymous

Does the slider come off because people don’t treat it right? someone please answer me!!!

  55. LadyBear

i’ve been wanting this phone since it came out. i got it yesterday for christmas and was so excited! it worked fine and i loved the red. one of my favorite colors. then all of a sudden today the landscape wouldn’t come on. if you slid the keypad out really slowly it would work to the first set keys to the second but when it came to the top row it quit. it acted like it was completly shut. i was told to be very easy with this phone so i have tried going beyond myself being careful. i haven’t dropped this phone or anything. it also smudges very easily.

  56. steve

This phone is terrible the day i got it the top part slid off and some off the buttons fell off too! I couldnt fix it and the people at the store laughed at me and said i couldnt return it!!! waste of money.

  57. LadyBear

Hey People, Got the Landscape problem figured out, That is I think I do, When dad got this phone , AT&T did not have the Pantech Holder, So they gave him a blackberry holder with a magnet that held the flap closed over the phone, OK, thought nothin about it myself untill me and dad exchanged the phone today for another, It was missed up when we got back to the car form AT&T store, Took it back intoo the store, My dad is good figuring things out, We was looking at other phones when he asked to see another Pantech, He ran the Phone holder over the back of the phone and guess what!, It missed up the Landdscape. Now we know what misses it up, Now the questions are how we go about fixing it ourselfs if this happens by mistake?

  58. anonymous

I agree with steve , they are complete junk , my sixth one just broke again and im not getting another one !!!! Definately not a good buy, i’d rather have one of the giant phones from the 90’s at least they didn’t break as much!!

  59. Carly

I just got the Pantech Matrix (Blue) on Dec. 26th. I was a bit concerned about the screen going bad like many of the ones on the Rumor from Sprint did, as well as the sliders being flimsy. At the store, they had the model version to play with and it just felt like a poorly built phone, but after they allowed me to see and hold the real one, it felt really sturdy. Many people have claimed that the slider came off, but after feeling mine, I can not see how that would be possible. The phone feels incredibly sturdy which naturally makes me more clumsy. I’ve dropped it a few times already and instintively made the ‘Uh-Oh’ face. The highest drop was no more than a few feet onto carpetting, but I still was worried that he sreen would die or worse. The phone survived every drop without a single sign of damage. Even the screen, which is very easily smudged, came out completely unscratched. I was very impressed. I do agree that there is far too much AT&T bloat on there. Even in the phone book there are eight (8) numbers from AT&T. Some are useful, such as the one that tells you how many minutes you have left, but others just need to be deleted. Sadly, the delete option doesn’t work on those numbers. Once reading that the camera was only 1.3 m, I wasn’t expecting much of it. I was pleasently surprised at the quality of the picture. The camera takes the picture and seems to steady itself if you moved it while shooting. I also noticed that if I hold the camera long enough, it will focus in better on the object before I take the picture. I really am quite fond of this phone, it seems very sturdy and once you adjust to it, it’s very easy and convenient to use. I even found a special feature that I love in a phone. You can record a “voice memo” and set it as a ringtone! That will save me some money down the road. Haha. Eh, this is getting a bit lengthy now, just know that I would reccomend this phone to anyone, especially texters. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to e-mail me at MissCarlyRenee@hotmail.com.

  62. Reenie

hmmmm I’m not understanding the problems some of you have had?!?! Still no problems here and I love it still…..

Someone mentioned that it does not prompt you with a tone when you miss a call. It does prompt you, if a message was left.

  63. frank

The slider on top came right off after only two months. The phone still works but they will not replace it because the dot on the inside is pinkish. THIS IS A A SHAME BECAUSE ONE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER. YOU SHOULD CHECK THE DOT BEFORE BUYING.

  64. kristofer

The pinkish DOT inside indicates water damage, so they will not replace or let you return a phone like that… I’ve ran into that problem where I knew my phone had never touched water but yet the dot had still changed, and that’s all the proof they need to deny it…

  65. Becca

This is a really great phone! Especially if you love texting. It’s reallyyyyyy easy to use! The only problem I’m having right now is that I can’t go to the music player. I have a 512mb sd card with a couple of cds on it. And when I go to the music player it restarts my phone. But if I take the sd card out I’m able to go to it just fine. Its not that bad because I can still access my music in ‘my stuff’ but when I play a song it doesn’t go to the next song automatically. With the music player-it does. It’s really weird and I’ve read multiple reviews that people are having the exact same problem. Let me know if you are able to get this problem fixed. -americangirl81992@yahoo.com

Got this phone Dec 4th. It is a cute phone, and I love the qwerty keyboard, and also like being able to just use it as a phone (what a concept), and dial on the larger numbers. However the sound quality is not good, and I get complaints from everyone that I sound muffled. The speaker phone sucks, period. And the camera is not great either, the lighting is always off, and the pics come out pretty bad. I am going to take it back today, and don’t know what to get. I have really enjoyed the keyboard, and use it to communicate with my teen throughout the day….it’s so much easier to type on than a regular phone with t9, or whatever. But I am afraid to get an even smaller keyboard, with tiny numbers on it. After all, it’s a phone, not a computer for me. I am thinking maybe a Palm Centro? Again…teeny tiny numbers though.

My daughter had trouble with her Matrix, and took it back yesterday, and traded it for a Samsung Propel. She likes it better, the sound quality is much better, and she likes the lock options and options for personalizing the phone better than the Matrix. Tiny numbers though, and the keyboard is smaller, if that’s possible.

I went to the at&t store about a week ago and i had decided to get the pantech duo. i was with my mom when i went to the store and she didnt want to wait to talk to the guy that she is used to talking to so we left and went back today. When the guy asked me what kind of phone i was looking at i told him the duo and he straight up told me it was crap. he said that out of 50 they sold 47 of them were returned. i asked him about the matrix and he said its a little to early to tell about if people like them but he said they have had very little returns. So i had decided to get the matrix instead. They were out of stack and said that they wouldnt know when they would get more. He sugested to get online and order one. But when i started looking at reviews for the matrix they are very mixed. alot of people are saying that there slidy things fell off but i dont see how. even the one in the store that gets slid both weays dozens of times a day was very sturdy.

  68. anonymous

i agree with casey… I dont see how the slider can come off. I dont have it yet because of one problem that Att made. Ok so my mom and dad had phones but they got new ones about 5 months ago… so they got new phones and had the same #s but they gave teir two old phones to me and my brother… and we got numbers because they were our first phones. a week ago i wanted a new one for xmas cuz i didnt like my current one. when we went to the store they said that i had to wait about a year and a half cuz my contract wasnt done yet. My dad said that it was messed up cuz we had the phone for 4 years… Its a cingular phone!!! since we used excisting equiptment we should be able to upgrade my phone… so back in May, Att screwed up my contract. Last sunday before xmas they said they would fix the contract so i would get it in a couple days… Its been 10 days and the contract still isnt fixed. my dad has tried everything to fix it… hes called so many ppl and they havnt fixed it yet… I dont even know when i will get the phone.

  69. Christina

omg that sucks about your contract. I hope they fix it. I really want this phone, i also read mixed reviews online, some love it some hate it but a lot of people love it. Can someone get a new phone even if their contract isn’t finish yet??

  70. katherine

    Im getting this phone.
    It is coming in tomorrow!
I have heard some of the complaints.
Can someone that is not biased pleeeease rate it for me out of 10.
    thanks so much

  71. Mads

If u text a lot, it SUCKS!!!!!! But which phone should i get??????????????????

  72. meg

I just got my matrix today and I like it a lot.. except the sound the keys make when you type on them. Does ANYONE know how to turn that sound off without putting the whole phone on “silent?” please help!!!

  75. tassia

I just got the red matrix yesterday, but once when I turned it off last night it acted really wierd. I turned it back off and moved the sim card barley forward then decided against taking it out. So I slid it back and turned my phone back on. Now it says invalid card! What should I do? My father tried to fix it by taking out the card and looking at it. It’s fully charged, and whenever it says invalid card it also has has the option of emergency numbers. Please help!

  76. Emily

I do NOT recommend this phone to any teenagers who do a lot of texting. I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. On New Year’s Day one side of the slider broke off. Now it just hangs there. He did not abuse the phone at all. He had it for 7 days. Since I bought the phone in November, AT&T was not able/willing to replace it.
The warranty dept was not willing to work with me at first since it’s considered ‘physical’ damage. It is RIDICULOUS for a phone with moving parts to not be considered under warranty. The fact that it only lasted 7 DAYS must have worked to my favor because I was able to talk the warranty dept. into sending me a refurbished one afterall. In the meantime, I upgraded my own phone and will switch with my son. Since I do not text hardly at all, I expect it will last longer for me.
I think the quality is BAD and I do not recommend this phone. I’m sorry I got any phone with moving parts. The Pantech Matrix is a piece of junk, in my opinion.

  77. Emily

    Casey,
Believe me, the slider can and will break off. Once it breaks off (like my son’s did) you’d see it’s held by the very tiniest of screws and plastic.
When you see that comment more than once, believe me….it’s a problem.

  78. Donna May

ok i ahve had my matrix for like a couple months and its an awesome phone but see what had happned was i work in a store and i push carts some how when my hpone was in my pocket while performing these activties the face plate came completely off and when i first got it it seemed a little wobbaly i dont know what to do im phone less and need some answers. can i fix it myself? or do i have to go to get another one? because these bad boys are expensive!

  79. Reenie

**LISA MARIE ~ thank you ~ thank you ~ thank you!!! I didn’t know how to turn off or down the volume on the keys. Nor could I figure out how to change the alert tone for my text messages. I knew there had to be a way to do it!

    Thank you again ~

  80. SC

When I purchased the phone, within a few days I had to return it because the landscape mode had a major malfunction. It would not switch over. Because I purchased the phone only a few days after being released, I didn’t know about this issue. So, I exchanged the phone. Well, within a month, I am having to contact pantech because I am having the same problem. Not only am I having this problem, but I see where many other customers are experiencing this, as well. I tried calling pantech customer support, this morning, but kept getting a message stating that their offices are closed and the hours are Sat 12noon -6pm. I continued to call during those hours, and continued to get the same message.

  81. Sam

I got this phone 5 days ago. I thought it was wonderful up until yesterday when the top part got loose. then today about 24 hours later it’s like a loose tooth! It feels like it could just pop off at any moment! I keep telling my friends my phone is falling apart and they don’t get it, it is literally falling apart! The other way works fine but that landscape mode is horrible! If you’re looking to buy a phone and you think you want this one I say go for something else. I’ve read multiple reviews of this one and they all say that the landscape mode is either not switching over or falling off. on a scale of 1-10 id give it maybe a 2. it SUCKS!!!!!

  82. Sam

oh one more thing, i didn’t even do anything i just texted and it felt weird to close. i dont even know how its still on there!!

  83. Sam

yet another thing. ive had a razr for like 3 years and its still working better than my matrix thats falling apart after 5 days. im getting a blackberry curve :D i bet its better than this piece of junk! it feels like it could go at any minutes, i dont know how some of you can say you love it!! its crazy. such a horrible phone. go for a razr or a blackberry. matrix sucks D:

  84. kristofer

Sorry you guys are having so many problems, the one I got had none of those issues…

  85. Heather

I JUST got this phone - I barely reviewed it from my store’s website and from another site. It got like a 6.5 out of 10 from the consumers and an 8.5 from the cellphone pros. I’ve had the Sony Ericsson w600i phone for the past 3 years and that phone and me were attached at the hip. Maybe it’s because the lay out is different between the Matrix and the W600i but I REALLY REALLY hate this phone! I don’t want almost every icon to be me shopping for something or using a feature that costs extra money. It’s not user friendly, at least for this user. All my contacts are listed by last name and I tried changing that, but NO! Sorry Charlie. I don’t like the design and the phone feels like a light-weight piece of crap. Luckily I’m in my 30 day trial, but I wouldn’t recommend this. I’m gonna look for a user-friendly sony ericsson.

  86. phone user

Ok. So i have had this phone for a while in red and NOTHING has happened! The slider still functions wonderfully, landscpae mode works wonderfully and everything is absolutely positively fantabulous!

  87. matt

I’m looking to buy a new phone and I’ve my eyes on the matrix. I really like it but I’ve heard a lot of problems about the sliding mechanism. Are these problems true, or is It just happening because of people damaging it.

  88. RINGTONE HELP

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SET AN MP3 AS A RINGTONE ON THIS PHONE?!?!?! I SENT ONE TO MY PHONE VIA BLUETOOTH AND IT WONT LET ME SET IT AS MY RINGTONE. IT’S ONLY 302KB. PLEASE HELP!!

  89. Erica

Matt, the sliding mechanism works perfectly fine for me — even after my friend kept sliding it back and forth at 1000 mph. It’s an overall good phone.

  90. gigglegirlhb

This phone sucks!!! I have had it for about 6 months and have had to take it in to get it fixed 3 times now. It started with the charger. My car adapter charger wouldn’t charge the phone. Thought it was the charger so bought another one, still didn’t work. Then the wall plug charger wouldn’t charge it either. Got it fixed worked for a month. Then the sliding mechanism kept breaking and I had to hold the plug at an angle for it to charge. After another trip to get it fixed finally works but battery only lasted a day had to charge every night. (and no I didn’t use the vibrate function just normal usage)They kept replacing the charging thing at the bottom of the phone. My last straw…Wouldn’t work at all. Woke up in the AM and it was on my nightstand charging all night like every night and it is dead and wont even charge! It worked at midnight the same night. Took it in again…They said the dot on the phone went red which means it was exposed to water! What the ?!&#$ There was no water in sight where it was charged or ever encountered water prior days… and best of all they said they cant do a thing for it since it was “water damaged” DON’T GET THE PHONE!!!

  91. da phone 4 txting

  98. autumn

hi my name is autumn and for all of you that have questions just write a new comment or question and i will check the comments everyday i know how to work this phone very very well i can text with my eyes closed and i know this phone from the tip of my tounge please reply back to me i will surely be happy to answer any questions you have for me about the pantech matrix thanka for reading

  99. hannah

My cousin bought me this phone about three days ago, but since she’s upstate until late tonight, i haven’t gotten it yet. I’m starting to wonder about the quality of this phone, seeing the reviews. Maybe it will work out though. . .
But i do have some questions though.
-My cousin decided to purchase the same phone for herself and hasn’t complained yet, but she did wonder about how to remove the bloatware. Is there a way to take this off? Would a hard reset remove it?
-I’ve seen about changing ringtones and alert tones, and I’m wodering if the alert tones for the text messages are just the standard ten or so like with the LG CU515, or if you can change them and add music for alert tones.
A few more things came to mind, but i can’t remember them now. Please email me at playing-for-keeps@hotmail.com

  100. Pantech Matrix Unboxing

[...] a quick unboxing video for you, a while back I reviewed the Pantech Matrix, you can see the review HERE, and I unboxed it in that review, but today is a special unboxing video and informational post [...]

  101. kristofer

Tomorrow, February 15th we’re announcing how you can win a Pantech Matrix, so be sure to check the main page to see how you can get one, along with three other phones as well.

  102. Angelica

I just got the matrix not even a month ago (black/green). The phone looks awesome, and the keyboard is great, but i’m also having some problems with it. The phone does not hold a charge very long, i occasionally can’t send text they come back in the outbox as unsent, and the camera quality isn’t that good. So i’m trading it in.

  103. Shayna

I was one of the first people to buy the phone in the store in my state. I got the green and black one. So I’ve had this phone for a while. I have not had a problem yet and this phone was bought what sometime last year. Over 5 months ago. I think it’s great. Easy to text! I don’t have any problems with the sliders or screens. It fell out of my hands a couple of times, but you don’t even know where the marks are. I don’t have anything to complain about.

  104. mike

i have had the phone for about 2 months now i like the phone but the screen all scuffed and scratched from just being in my pocket. another small bug i need to call the company about is every so often a key stops working then a couple hours later its fine and working again. its a good phone but still needs some work

  105. should I get the matrix???

I’ve been waiting to get a phone FOREVER. I’ve had my eyes on the pantech matrix since it came out but I told my friend a few weeks ago about getting it soon and she told me not to. Apparently when she went to get her phone at AT&T they told her that the matrix was crap and all kinds of people sent it back after barely having it. But I’ve read mixed reviews. Some people say that its an awesome phone and that they’ve had no problems while some people say that the slider breaks or the landscape is messed up or they can’t text right or it won’t charge or there calls don’t work? I can’t decide what to do. My friend suggest the quickfire but I’m not into that phone. Is it luck to get a decent matrix? I REALLY REALLY want this phone but if it breaks I can guarantee that my parents won’t get me a new phone. Help? my e-mail is emieglicious@yahoo.com, please give me your opinion one whether I should get this phone or not. I’d really appreciate it.

  106. Helio Ocean 2

GET THE HELIO OCEAN 2 INSTEAD!!!! SAME MAKER…BETTER PHONE!!! I’ve had two helio phones made by pantech and they ROCK! both in features and in sturdy-ness. AT&T spends more money to cheapify their products so Pantech is going to get a bad name with a phone for AT&T simply because from end to end AT&Tsucks both as a providor and now as a high tech phone company.
Helio has always put money back into itself as apposed to buying other companies to make itself look big. Virgin did a good thing by purchasing Helio! The HELIO FIN also kicks this phones @ss with 3mb camera instead of this cheese @ss 1.3mb phone. HELIO also has WAY MORE FEATURES!

What to know about the Pantech Matrix C740 before you buy

If you want the short version: don’t buy it. If you’re interested in why, read on.

I will just list all problems I had trying to rank them in some sort of meaningful order:

    1) The quality of the audio is just bad. The speaker is very muffled and only indoors the voice is somewhat intelligible. Outside the whole thing gets much worse because there seems to be a self destructive noise cancellation system that responds very poorly to outside noise. It constantly changes the volume up and down in what results in an impossible phone call. Hard to explain, but I read people with the same problem (which is one of the reasons why I didn’t bother exchanging it)

    2) The good people at Pantech don’t use standard plugs, so I could not use my perfectly good mini-USB headset. I knew that, but I figured I threw an extra $20 at it and just get one online. Here’s the scoop: they don’t exist! At least not from Pantech. There’s a lame model sold only on eBay and other unknown websites. I tried it, the quality was horrible and it actually fell apart in a week. I kid you not. Only BT Headsets are available but those are impossibly uncomfortable and most people avoid them.

    3) The keyboard is actually nice, but the keys might as well be all blank. These people have no concept of designing keyboards with a little contrast. Computer keyboards have very contrasty combinations, mine is white on black. With cell phones, of course, it has to look cool, not actually work.

    4) DTMFs don’t work. I called my phone card, punch my PIN and nothing. Called my phone card tech support: they monitored the call and could not hear tones as I was pressing the buttons. Yes, my DTMFs, are on. I can only set them off. Any other phone with same card works.

    5) The plug is not only non standard, but very hard to use for two reasons: 1) it’s very tight 2) it’s opposite the volume buttons, so you CANNOT plug/unplug your power supply without hitting the up/down, which in turn will ring make your phone ring. Try that at midnight when the baby finally fell asleep.

Luckily the store took it back and I’m now the proud owner of a real phone!

PS: to all the manufacturers that think they are so smart using non standard plugs forcing users to own collections of chargers and headsets: the #1 feature I looked for in my new phone: mini USB.

  108. Chris

I have had this phone for 2 days now. I like the phone and everything so far is going good. The only thing I am having trouble with is changing the text message ringtone. I’m not really sure if you can or not but if anyone knows how to do this please email me Unstoppable03@hotmail.com as I won’t be on this site or probably be able to remember it again.

  109. erica

this phone is pretty good..i;ve had it for a bout a year now and its still in good shape. it acts up sometimes and its alittle slow. aside from that its a great phone. its really easy to text.im just having trouble getting a signature for my texts. al my friends have one and im so mad!. i really need to know. this phone is great i reccomend it for anyone!!

    ~Lan.N)i.S)

  113. Nikki C.

I agree, AT&T sucks and they’re being cheap ((even though they charge indecent prices for the simplest things, therefore getting WAY more money out of their customers…)) when they don’t need to be! Seriously, I’m being chrged $40 for unlimited texting, and my friends pays that much for his whole FAMILY’S unlimited texting! And customer service sucks too. I am through with AT&T. But I still really want this phone, even though I’ve heard about how terrible it is ((I’ve heard way more good things about it though)). So I’m having mixed feelings. When it was pointed out that at the top of the Querty keyboard there is only like 3/4 inch of space ((only enough space to type with your thumbnail)) I started having second thoughts. I don’t have big hands, but I’m still somewhat nervous. I have 3 months to decide and save up, and I don’t have a lot of money so I couldn’t buy something that’s like a bijillion dollars. I have naturally bad luck, and if getting a good Pantech Matrix is merely luck, I am SCREWED. Help?

  114. Adam

I got this phone a week ago and like it but I think AT&T is smart I managed to hack it from my micro sd
with a memory card port form my of and now my music turns off alot and if you go to my music it resets the phone! I’m going to the store tomarow so I’ll try to tell y’all what the problem so you might be able to hack it.Those AT&T guys don’t know there own phones I got a matrix made in tywan (fake) released matrix and now I’m phoneless and I can’t get replacement becouse it’s a fake!! This sucks

  115. Joe

I have had a blue Matrix for about 4 months now. I only expect a phone to be able to do one thing well, make phone calls. Whether it is AT&T’s service or just my bad luck to be in a weak signal area (Eastern NC), this phone fails miserably with dropped calls, weak signal strength, and,in some cases, not letting me place or receive calls because it thinks it is “Roaming”. And now today, my screen has went into whiteout mode. I am done with this phone and I am done with AT&T.

  116. holly

i got my red matrix in DEC. it has been awesome, my 2 yr old has played with it and my 6 yr old plays with it, there are a few scratches on the screen from all the kid play but i love this phone. tonight i dropped it and the slide up to show the keyboard broke now it just hangs there. i can push it back down but when you push it up for the keyboard it pops off again. this makes me sad but it has been dropped alot from the kids and myself so it has been pretty durable, i am taking it back to att tomorrow and hope they replace it. i would personally recommend this phone to anyone. it works great. i hope i can get another one on the same day

I have had this phone for about a week. For the most part I like it very much. I am very upset that I can’t change the alert tone to what I want you only seem to be able to use the ones that come with the phone. Also don’t like that you can’t personlize ringtones to different people. Besides that I have enjoyed using the phone very much.

I am going to get the phone in a couple days, but I’ve been looking around and trying to get as many opinions as I can on this phone, which includes going to different AT&T retailers, and asking around. All together, some have been returned, but that is because the people weren’t careful with them. I personally went into the store, and had the man take one out for me, and after looking at it, there is no way in hell it could be broken “mysteriously”. The phone is sturdy, and sufficient for texting. The people that broke the slider probably broke it tying to slide both keyboards out.
But that is just my opinion, and I can’t wait to get the phone, and I would seriously recommend it. =]

heyy im thinking of getting this phone and i realllyyy want to know if its any good…. and does at&t still sell it? i heard mixed reviews so any definant answer would be great thanks!!!!

  126. Cara wants this phone

I reallllyyy want this phone. I’ll probably be getting it soon, maybe within a week or so. I’ve looked up so much stuff on it, looked at all the reviews, and it seems like a pretty good built phone. I think the dual slider is perfect for me, since I like phones like that & I’m beginning to text more.
I really don’t like reading the bad comments but there are some people that have it & have had no trouble with it? SO I hope that when I get the phone it just doesn’t break on me right away….Of course, I will be extra careful with it.
Right now I have the Razr V3xx (pink) , and going from a 1 year old flip phone to a brand new dual slider is big to me. The phone just seems so cool, and I hope I don’t have to many big problems with it. It seems so great, I’m really excited!
BUT can you answer some questions for me? Where did you buy yours at, Store, or Att.com? (whats cheaper??) Does the battery hold last good? Is the keyboard durable, and is it really always falling off?? (idt soo..but idk)
THANKS!!! LOVING & WANTING THIS PHONEEE! <3

I have had this phone since September 2008. I love it! I text my kids all the time and the range is perfect. I do have 2 text messages that have been stuck in my outbox for almost 2 months now that I cannot delete. Has anyone else had this problem? It does not affect any current received or sent text messages but these 2 just won’t go away. If anyone has had anything like this with their Pantech Matrix and could fix it, please email me at cindy_leimkuehler@hotmail.com. I took it to the AT&T store at a local level but they couldn’t figure it out either.
    Thanks!

    BAD MICROPHONES

I bought 2 of these phones last fall when they were first released, one for each of my kids. We had been waiting for an AT&T phone with a qwerty keyboard that wasn’t a smartphone so were thrilled to see the Matrix.

The kids both love their phones. My son has had a couple minor technical issues (mini SD card had to be reformatted is one), but no deal breakers. My daughter has not had any troubles at all.

I am happy that they have phones they like, but I am very unhappy about the POOR QUALITY OF MICROPHONES in these phones. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND what they are saying … sounds like the sound is coming from a broken or poor quality speaker, really tinny-sounding. However, it’s not the phones on the receiving end. The problem started when they started using their phones and it occurs regardless of which phone/handset I am listening on and only when they are on their cell phones. My daughter swears it’s just me who can’t understand what she is saying, but then she also says that her friend’s mom complains that she can’t understand her daughter, either, who also happens to have a Matrix.

I’m getting this phone on April 15th!! :]

I’m super excited! I’ve wanted it for like a month, & I’m going to the AT&T store and trading in my old phone for this one!!!! (although they said I could keep my old phone :] ) I’m happy my contract is running out so I can get this :]
It seems like an awesome phone. & not alot of people seem to have trouble with it……
If you’ve had any specific trouble let me know. ;]

    Thanks :)

Hey omigawsh i am getting this phone on Sunday. I am 12 years old and it is my first phone!!! (My parents just didnt think it was “necessary”.) It looks amazing and it will be awesome to hav a QWERTY keyboard! I am also excited about all the picture options. I am aware that some of the phones’ sliding mechanisms break really easily, and I will try to be as careful as possible. I am also reeeaaalllyyy excited about stupid simple stuff that every phone has, like ringtones and picture backgrounds and all of that lame simple personalization stuf!!!!!
    :)

  132. cristy

omg i hav dis phone but my mom wont give it to me yet im excited though i got blue is tht a good color ???

  133. Megan

Hey guyz! i got the matrix and let me tell u it is ahhh-mayy-zinnggg!!! it is soooo easy to txt ur friends and all the pic options are so cool and theres a ton of stuff thats totally awesome!!! i got it in blue and i am planning to bedazzle it in silver rhinestones. im glad i can vote for American Idol now, but one pet peeve is that u hav to go and do four steps to send stuff to a contact that u havent memorized. BLEH! oh well it is the best fone ever i recommend it to anybody!!! all my friends are sooo jealous.

  134. peach

hey i got a pantech and i tryed to text and it keeps saying network out of order and it sucks

  135. Casey

I’m thinking about getting the Matrix. I would really like to get it. However my mom was looking at all the reviews and saw that when you put it in your pocket, the keyboard locks but it calles 911. has any one else had this problem?

  136. Aaron

I didn’t see XM Radio on my Pantech like the reviewer had. But to some people saying that you can’t customize a ringtone per person, you can. You just have to go to your contacts, go to edit then scroll down to where it has ringtone and you can set it there.

  137. Aaron

haavn’t had that problem casey. I’ve had my phone in my pocket and after the default settings it goes into lock mode meaning you have to press a series of two button to get it unlocked again.

  138. natalie

i just got this phone the other day.
so far no problems the phone is great.
i think the key board is just a little small
BUT i think the raised buttoms keep it from being tough to text
i actually text faster on this phone then anyother phone ive owned
& ive been through a hell of alot of phones.
i really like the weight and width of the phone.
and my sliders work just fine.

  139. taylorr

im looking into getting this phone. Im currently using the old 8GB iPhone and we’re having to ‘down size’ with phones due to the very pricey cost. Im very pleased with almost all the reviews ive read, however i do have one question:

As far as sending and recieving picture texts, is that problem? I read a comment earlier saying that they could send a picture, but not receive one.

With the iPhone I didnt set my email account mostly due to the fact I dont email a lot, which meant I couldnt send or receive pictures. With that saying, I would enjoy a phone where I could easily.

So ya, is sending and receiving pictures a problem?

  140. joe

hi im autumn and i have the red pantech matrix but the only thing about it is that that wont let me transfer pictures on to my memory card but the rest of the phone is really cool i hope i keep for a long time or until there is another phone that comes out that i really want but i want the quickfire for christmas i heard thats a really good phone.

  144. autumn

i love the naked brothers band

  145. Alexandria[:

i have had this phone since christmas and i think it is great. i probably send about 200 hundred texts on a normal day (of course because im a 13 year old girl haha). i have dropped this phone a few times - once while i was running and it fell about 3feet onto concrete and it still has not broken. the only problem i have had is about once or twice a month as i am recieving a text the screen will go black but it is still on and all i have to do is remove then replace the battery. i also do not know how to get music onto it from Windows Media Player - i have bought the USB cable but when i plug it into computer and do what the little instruction book said nothing happens D: if anyone can help please email me at dairyqueen7887@yahoo.com and i also have the MicroSD card but nothing happens when i put that into computer either.
i hear about people having problems with things falling off but i have had mine for 4months and no problems, so i would recomend it but maybe before you buy it ask if you can hold it and see if hinges feel weak or something.
    -Enjoy

  148. Angelica

I got the Matrix in December and loved it until this morning. The phone alarm went off like it is set to every morning, but the screen is just white light. With all the bad reviews on this phone I will be exchanging this one today.

  149. klaire

i have the black and green matrix and i love it! ive had it for a few months and have had no problem with it.

  150. Cristen

Yes, you CAN change the ringtones for diffrent people if you save their number to the Phone, not the SIM. You can also change the texting ringtone, but you can’t change it for diffrent people.

  151. Trevor

    GREAT fone easy texting!

  152. Glenda

Just thought I would share… I’ve had to replace this stupid matrix 3 times since Christmas through warrenty. screen goes black and have to re-boot the phone… this happened twice!
Yesterday I was outside talking and because of the humidty - condensation developed under the screen… IT WAS NOT RAINING… guess what — little dot in the back turned red so warrenty is voided…
I have offically been ripped off now… AT&T wants me to pay my $50 deductable and will only replace it with a Matrix… NO WAY

  153. M.J

  156. Anna

  157. Anonymous

Pantech Matrix sucks, I had one for four months before it’s slider to reveal the keyboard started getting all wobbily. I upgraded to the first generation iphone and gave it to a friend when it broke… right in front of us.

  158. Jackson

i recently got a matrix and have been thrilled with it until recently. a piece on the inside has come lose and it will not slide to reviel the full keyboard. i dont know what to do!

  159. Tiffany

I’ve had this phone for a few days now, and i love it. I havent had any problems with it whatsoever. but is you arent very good at figuring out digital gadgets, i wouldnt reccomend it. is a little tought to navigate 4 someone who isnt very good at it. I’v figured out how to do pretty much anything with it, but the wireless bluetooth connection to my computer doesnt work. i dont know if its the computer or the phone though, so yea. but i can easily text, send emails, snap photos, videos, and i also figured out how to record your own ringtones/alert tones. if anybody needs help with this great phone, im the one to ask. just email me at princesstld@comcast.net if u need any help with the matrix :)

  160. Rachel

I have had my Pantech for about a month and it preforms beautifully. The full keyboard makes texting a breeze and the sound quality is excellent. Sliding the phone is simple and convenient.I have had no problems with this phone. I am very satisfied.

  161. trust me

it is a great phone, but the battery life sucks

  162. kay

i am getting this phone in a few days the videos really helped thanks

  163. love it

i love my phone it is the best one anyone can ask for the battery is great and in 5 minutes the battery is half way charged, you would have to be a freak not to like it

  164. annemarie

I’m getting the phone before school starts this summer. I have another phone with a keyboard but it got scratched so my parents said they will buy me the pantech matrix it will still have the same number and everything. I’m scared by some of your reviews but im gonna be really careful with it. my friend has it and nothing has happened to it soooooooooooooooooooo hop nothing happens to mine. I’m getting it in red and so far my friend says it’s awesome. I’m really excited about this phone but i’m going to follow my heart. I know im very dramatic. Please give me suggestions of any other phones. I like keyboards, thanks.

  165. Taylor
