Turns out it is!....sound quality is great on the receiving end, the size is great, you can't tell you have it in your ear, and the controls are good. It is a little hard to pocket due to its shape & I would like a little more volume but it is definately the best I have used to date! I have this problem too. It happened to the first one I got so I took it back and got a new one. The same thing happened to that. I really want to get it working because it is a good headset. Looking at Jabra site downloaded manual and saw a Software Upgrade available. Followed instructions and the download froze and headset will not now work. Waiting for reply from Jabra. Am l the only one who has had this problem? Just got a BT530.

I used to owe JX10, actually two of them, both of which were garbage. This one, crystal clear sound, and I finally do not have to repeat myself (!!!) this is the biggest plus. The only improvement that can be made to this headset, is to increase the volume. It is low sometimes. No pairing problems Yes, indeed, Jabra finally got it right this time around.
