Although I use Nambu, I also use Adium, which is really an IM client but does do twitter and identica. It's under constant development so new things happening reasonably often.

I would LOVE to try Nambu... but every time I try to run it (under OS X 10.5.6), the first time I click on any button the spinning pinwheel of death appears, and the program crashes shortly thereafter. It appears this client has some major stability issues that need to be addressed. The other thing that bothers me is that their web site yield no contact information whatsoever - it's like the whole site was an afterthought. Maybe there's some mechanism to report bugs within the client, but if the client won't run without crashing, that makes that method unavailable.

[...] Tweeting with Macs: 16 Twitter Clients Reviewed If you are like me you are always looking for apps that will make your life easier, even if it is in regards to Twitter. On my iPhone I love Tweetie, when I am on a PC I use TweetDeck and on my Mac I’m torn between the new Tweetie and TweetDeck. Here is a list with some really good and simple reviews of some of the most used Twitter clients for Mac. See it! [...]

Tweetie is my personal favorite, I was at first a little annoyed with figuring out how to post, but after I figured out the shortcuts (Cmd+N, Cmd+R) it was the best experience I've had with a Twitter application.

Nice list indeed - I also already tried most of the native OSX apps mentioned above, but my favorite one still is EventBox because of it's sleek interface and integration of other services such as a built in RSS reader for example. Twitter + RSS + Growl Notifications keep me up to date during work hours.
