Summary: Very bad experience! The toastess box has been evidently open and closed many time before delivery: it look's like a secund hand product. When I open the package, the base of the unit was damaged. I found many little pieces of the unit in the bottom of the packaging. I was angry and most of all very disapointed. I return this junk yesterday (nov.
Used it lightly and carefully but broke in a year.

Summary: only used it once in a while, took very good care of it, but broke in a year. :( Looks good, still looks like brand new after one year. However, the large reamer is way too small for orange and grapefruit. The juice got stuck on the filter hole all the time, they should make it much bigger. I'd rather drink pulp than fix the blockage with tip of chopstick all the time. Won't buy it again. Wish manufacturer is willing to repair it.
Summary: I purchased this unit 2 years ago and it is powerful and get the job done quickly. I had 2 other brands stop working right in the middle of juicing before. Recently when I plugged my unit into the wall it did not turn on. I called the company and they were so friendly and helpful and they will be fixing this product for me even though it is outside of the stated warranty time. I am very impressed with both the company and the product.
Summary: I read a news report recently that Dairy Queen is going to start making Orange Julius, and I visited the local Dairy Queen in hopes of getting an Orange Julius, but alas they did not have the new machine, so I did a bit of research on the web and found a pretty good recipe for making Orange Julius using frozen or already-squeezed orange juice, and it is good, but I thought it would be better if I used fresh-squeezed oranges, which in turn led to the quest to find an...
Summary: The look is good and it honestly gets most of the fruits, but there are 2 major issues: the noise is really not what you want to hear just after waking up, and the pipe to let the juice out is not big enough so it gets jammed easily.
Motor requires a rest after initial juicing of 8 oranges
Robert M. Nied, Amazon
10 July 2012
Summary: 1. Motor is designed to stop after juicing about 8 oranges because it is intended to be used daily to juice a few oranges at a time. The time to again start the motor is about 9 minutes to juice only about 4 oranges. The motor again stops and is very sluggish after about 12 minutes. 2. The only other possible serious problem is the small exit opening.
Looks nice, but not efficient enough for my liking
13 May 2012
Summary: I don't know whether this is the fault of this particular juicer, or it's the electric juicer in general, but I can get more juice of of my limes faster with a hand press. I'm returning it for a lever-style juice press, which is what I was originally looking for anyway. On the plus side, if you can't hand squeeze your citrus (or maybe hand squeezing isn't practical for larger fruits like oranges), the machine looks nice and was thoughtfully designed with a tilted body...
Summary: I have owned this product before. It works really well, is QUIET (most citrus juicers are very noisy) and long-lasting. It also looks like R2D2 which is cute.Toastess TCJ-346 Silhouette Stainless-Steel Citrus Juicer
Summary: This citrus juicer delivers on its promise and makes short work of juicing lemons and oranges. Compared to similar products with hundreds of reviews, I was hesitant to purchase based on four evaluations. Glad I didn't follow the herd this time. Compact, efficient, and well designed, this juicer meets all my requirements. FYI, both reamers were included in the packaging. The smaller size was nested within the larger one.
