Summary: I was a little scared to buy this blender when i read all the reviews for it but i'm so glad I bought it. Perfect for my smoothies. Perfect for converting to a healthier lifestyle. Frozen fruits and drinks are great. I can't wait to make my home made sofrito :P Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
Summary: I tried it out today to make a banana and strawberry smoothie; blends great. I loved the individual cup idea so I could take the mix with me out and about for a healthy snack! The individual blender cup had two small ice chunks left after blending using the smoothie setting, but I think it's a great product overall!
Summary: So I got this for Christmas from my fiance and I knew I was getting it so I few days before I opened this gift, I read reviews on the blender. I saw how everybody posted a bad review, so I was very scared to try it. I tried my blender right away and I just made a milkshake in the individual cups and I had no problems at all. It worked perfectly.
Summary: My wife bought this for my birthday, because my vintage Hamilton Beach 12-speed blender got too noisy for her to stand. This newer model looks much nicer, and does seem to be formed so that one does not have to keep pushing the food down to get it blended, a real advantage. Everything else about it sucks. I use the blender to make a breakfast smoothie -- something any decent blender should manage with ease.
Summary: I usually never buy any appliance without reading a hundred reviews first. Today, for some reason, I took a chance and bought this blender at Target. I had read reviews of several other Hamilton Beach blenders and they were in the good-very good range, so I thought, How different can this one really be? It's got the 500 watts of power, the wave-action and the 3-year warranty. Turns out this one is the runt of the H-B litter.
Summary: I bought this yesterday at Best Buy on a whim because I really wanted a smoothy. I have always wanted a Hamilton Beach, passing up the Oster and Kitchen Aid products as I proudly walked to the register to purchase my new blender which happened to be at a great price. Then I went to Harris Teeter and bought $[...] worth of ingredients. I get home and relish in the thought of the creation I would make in just minutes.
